I'm being reminded very strongly of someone I used to know. He was extremely paranoid about possibly being gay - he tried to fit in with the boys by being really overly obsessed with women, like he was compensating for something. He constantly went on and on about fags and how much he hated them, he could never let it go, and he came up with all kinds of answers to questions nobody asked him to explain how he totally wasn't and never even COULD be gay. Yeah, he got caught once or twice with magazines that heavily featured half naked buff dudes, but he was just making sure he didn't like it. And okay MAYBE he bought a physical copy of Brokeback Mountain but he was just really interested in the nuanced, interesting story, ok? And yes he was checking that guy out on the beach but he was just admiring the dude's, uh, workout results?
Anyway, years later it turned out he's gay, despite having a ton of anxiety and constantly wondering and then asserting he couldn't possibly be attracted to other men. Can't possibly fathom why this thread might remind me of that guy, though.

Yes Phil, we shouldn't nail you because you are the whole minority, everyone acts like you and no other ransgender person is repulsed by your thoughts and actions. The entire transgender movement being made of at least 1/4th criminally sexually deviant people* has been devistating towards the psych and morality of those who got in for other reasons, like trauma, community, running from the gay, etc. They're conditioned to run intervention for every single act of abuse so they too don't look bad, and gaslight yourself and others into keeping sex pest in the world. This isn't even getting to outside normies being groomed to block out their despicable behavior or not report them for sexually assaulting them. Phil should be crucified and sacrified on the altar of his community instead of being ignored, but the sex pest are so loud and numerous it won't happen. At the very least, Phil burns bridges everywhere he goes and keeps causing media controversy no matter what. You're misreading the paragraph. It says " these behaviors differ from the compulsions of OCD in that the person usually derives pleasure from the activity," i.e., in a paraphilia, the compulsion is ego-syntonic. It's something the person actually wants, even if they might feel guilty about it.
Intrusive thoughts in OCD are ego-dystonic. Someone with POCD will experience intrusive thoughts about hurting children the same way a person might experience flashbacks after a violent accident. There's no pleasure or arousal involved, just disgust and fear, and the only way to stop the thoughts is to perform a compulsive action like counting, tapping, praying, turning lights on and off, etc (hence the "compulsion" part of obsessive compulsive disorder--that doesn't refer to compulsively acting out your thoughts, it refers to compulsively performing irrational actions to get the thoughts to stop).
Ana doesn't have POCD though. He was just testing the boundaries about how close he could get to admitting being a pedo in public. He probably got off on the thrill of public "admitting" it in a way he thought was deniable.
