Matt Walsh / The Matt Walsh Show

  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
Matt's take on the Shiloh Hendrix case has been remarkably solid. He focused on the strategic value of standing up for someone being targeted for cancellation in order to delegitimize cancellation tactics in general. He also pointed out that conservative finger waggers are in the wrong for making up excuses why you shouldn't be supporting Shiloh. So far so good, but that's not why I'm posting about it.

What's interesting is how it puts him at odds with Ben Shapiro, who of course did the typical Con Inc thing and tried to throw Shiloh under the bus. It seems that in the recent year or two, Matt's opinions have been increasingly at odds with Ben's on several contentious issues. They agree on superfluous and easy things like the blue hairs and troons, but they are saying the exact opposite thing on issues like immigration, support for Israel, and US involvement in the Ukraine war. Most remarkably, Matt just appeared on Tucker's show for a long interview, which is notable because, beyond disagreeing on everything, Tucker and Ben just flat out hate each other's guts, and not even pretending otherwise. There, Matt doubled down on every single issue that separates him from the Daily Wire party line.

Here's my prediction: Matt is slowly building himself an independent future outside the Daily Wire, and while he is not in a hurry to burn his bridges like Candace Owens (which is very "white guy vs. black woman"), he is setting things up for a soft landing for when it happens. He will probably be out within the year.

The “critic” is a butthurt commie who is mad that Matt Walsh is right-wing and Akasually he iz waycist in him playing a character, muh good buddies the media already told me the truth. So good for Matt,
Good, fuck that liberal cunt.
I don't really think that's really what he is trying to say. Matt Walsh is butthurt that he is being called out so he is resorting to literal DMCA strikes on critics. I literally do not care about a person's politics but if you're straight up going to censor your critics, then you are no better than the people you are fighting against. I don't know why so many YouTubers and their shills often forget this but you should be fair game if you are participating in the same behavior. No joke, there is leaked audio of him defending having sex with teenagers. Fucking TEENAGERS. How is that not pedophilia to him? And to make things worse, he defended a convicted pedophile. If he wants to call out destigmatizing pedophilia, bad luck, he's fair game as well considering how much he is afraid of his own reputation considering this is just a result of him trying to scrub any incriminating information on him no matter if it is real or fake.

Seething libtard lol
When it comes to this site, anyone is fair game. No hypocrisy and no double standards. Matt Walsh may as well be a pedophile for all we know and his fans will still find a way to defend him. Oh and by the way, do you really know why this thread was created? Well let me spoil that answer. Defending teenage pregnancy was the main culprit as quoted below.

"In modern Western society, we’ve delayed the onset of adulthood, instead inventing a new sort of human: the “teenager.” The teenager exists in this limbo which we’ve created; we call it “adolescence.” Adolescence is a state-of-the-art modern innovation, like crack-cocaine or chemical warfare. Adolescence isn’t a product of brain chemistry — it’s a product of our expectations. If we expect 23 year olds to act like they’re 13, then we will get just that. For thousands of years, 13 year olds were expected to act like they’re 23, and those expectations were met. At about 16, you're an adult who is mature and can make decisions — you are that at 16. I don't care what anybody says. And if you're going to tell me it's different, well, then how come for the first 10,000 years of human civilization, that's the way it was? It's just recently where all of a sudden we're all r------- until we're 25?" - Matt Walsh

The truth is that the culture war is just filled with a bunch of whining hypocrites on both sides who hate it when you call them out on double standards.

Liberals aren't human, censoring them is a moral imperative.

No there isn't or you'd have posted it. But for argument's sake let's assume that's true anyway, how old was he and what was the context? If he was in his early 20's then forgive me for not pulling out the pitchfork over a 20 year old thinking sex with a 17 year old isn't indefensible (despite him still being incorrect).

And to make things worse, he defended a convicted pedophile.
Who, when, where, how?

That's not your big bombshell "leaked audio" (read: something he said publicly on the radio lol), is it...?

I disagree with him that 16-year-olds are "mature"--they're rather immature--but where exactly in there has he "defended having sex with teenagers"?

And it's true that teenagers were expected to more responsible and mature than they are today, that's just a historical fact. And he's right, we have 23-year-olds who act 13, in fact even worse since some people never grow up at all anymore.

The truth is that the culture war is just filled with a bunch of whining hypocrites on both sides who hate it when you call them out on double standards.
The real truth is it's obvious that you're a liberal faggot grasping at straws to shill your bullshit bothsidesism cope. Liberals are literally sexually grooming children and mutilating them with government backing, and you're clinging to one old quote that's mildly questionable at worst in order to pretend "both sides" are bad.

Fuck off to your drag queen story hour, you're late.

So I got a schizo theory in my head about Welsh today and I thought I'd post it here, sorry. Basically I think he's trying to piss Shapiro off because he thinks he can and it's funny.
I don't watch his show but I've seen a few episodes and he always came off to me as a slightly more spicy Con inc guy. He gets going on trannies but other than that it seemed like the same dems are the real racists, respect the systems bullshit you get from any of the others. Now this last two weeks I start seeing this dude out on Twitter talking about the Shiloh Hendrix fundraiser being a good thing and saying white genocide is real?
I've also been seeing shit about DW struggling financially. That girl who looks like Shapiro left and the CEO got drummed out or something? I've got to think keeping Walsh on is a priority at this point. If he leaves it's basically just the Shapiro Network featuring a sad zanny zombie and the shabbos goy. I have to imagine Walsh is the top earner behind Shapiro.
It's my personal opinion that Matt Walsh has made about the same assessment I just did and he is using the opportunity to have a lil fun pissing the boss off and pushing a little farther then was acceptable when DW was in the black. Maybe he doesn't believe the shit he's saying, maybe he's more based than we can fathom, I don't know or care, I just think the DW might become a very entertaining clown car and Walsh might want to steer it a bit. Also would love to see his private interactions with Shapiro this week, I bet it's complete kino.

Totally blacked out and forgot to post this: Matt either intentionally or unintentionally posted an AI photo of a bunch of white teenager girls in the shape of a swatstika.
(Just squint your eyes a little, you’ll see it.)

lmao internet has truly affected my brain, i didnt even know the context of this post and i saw the swastika immediately.
Its like if you show me a slightly bent paperclip i see the happy merchant....
I guess thats just human evolution, pattern recognition.

fuck you, internet....

That's the most retarded outrage I've seen in a while. I think it's pretty clear that Matt is mentally a boomer and not someone terminally online enough to immediately see the swastika there. It's us morons who know about this gimmick and would be able to tell, but even then... I saw this post before I knew about the drama surrounding it, and I didn't even fucking pay attention to the picture itself - so no, I've not noticed until someone said it.

Besides, he's not even endorsing what the OP of the meme (a libtard) says, he's arguing against the point made there, which makes the outrage even dumber. And it's not even entirely from the left, a lot of them are rightoids. Even some alleged DW subscribers whining about it, saying they're cancelling the subscription.

There are a lot of legitimate reasons to criticize Matt for (mostly for him being opinionated and only valuing facts and logic when they reaffirm his beliefs, aka intellectually dishonest), yet they are spending their time on this bullshit.

I don't see it, is it something related to colors? My phone screen's contract is a bit janky since I dropped it in a pool.

I didn't see it either. I don't blame him if he didn't see it. Considering how many tweets this guy has to scroll all day.

What's better it's his response. I can't screen now, so just pasting it:

I've been in the middle of some bullshit outrage cycles in my day, but the one that some of you cooked up this week is probably the fakest of all. There are even "conservatives" hounding me and demanding that I apologize for a hidden swastika that someone else posted in a tweet that I replied to. Just to be perfectly clear to all of the slimy little smear merchants playing this game: I apologize for nothing. I owe you nothing. I will not explain myself to you. You all know exactly what you're doing. If anyone is owed an apology in this situation, it's me. But I don't expect one because that would require a level of honor and honesty that none of these trolls possess. Piss off. All of you. There's my statement, for the many who have asked.
And if you are a "conservative" who tried to struggle session me over this fake story, I won't forget it. I don't hold a lot of grudges but if you publicly dogpile me over some bullshit, I will remember it. You've shown me who you are.

It's the full tweet of the screen from above.

Listening to his podcast on a walk and then getting blasted with "TODAY ON THE BEN SHAPIRO SHOW" makes me violently angry. Nebbish jew.

This isn’t reflective of Matt Walsh. This is reflective of the overton window. Matt Walsh and every other limp dick nu-right conservative grifter simply will adopt whatever stance that is meaningful at the time. They have no convictions. They view the world in terms of profit incentive trying to best optimize an input and output. These people are not your friend no matter what words they say.
