First off, thank you to everyone that has commented so far. Several of the comments proved the consensus that this was necessary or helpful correct. I have also seen a couple people suggest that this become its own (perhaps stickied) thread vs an OP appendix. Feel free to put in your two cents about that, or anything else. Would like to refine this a little more before submitting to Staff Review.

Thank you. Formatting all this is a particularly big concern of mine, besides fixing typos and the like. Changed text size and added more small page breaks between sections to better divide them. Colors also sound good. Maybe blue for the boys and pink/magenta for the girls?
Also adding SFW photos when possible.
Would you say that TIM/TIF would be better to use instead? I would prefer employing more "neutral" wordage for trannies in the OP, partly to make this more approachable to normies or newcomers that barely understand what a "trans woman" is, but might better comprehend "male to female" or "MTF."

It is well evident that a lot of people are taking advantage of or abusing developmentally and/or physically disabled people by telling them that medical transition will help them, or forcing them to endure it without them being fully aware of what is happening to them.

I want to try to limit the highlighted cases to mostly ones discussed within thread unless they're particularly infamous or notable on the board, such as Jazz Jennings. Cases like this (or those like that person or Mara) are important to know, however, since "trans healthcare" doesn't just mean a Fistulissa getting his due for being a creepy fetishist, but also vulnerable people (particularly children or the disabled) being exploited.

Sorry, I meant more in the usage of 'a' vs 'an'. Grammatical stuff. An mtf or an ftm vs a mtf or a ftm. Neutral language is great, but which ever you pick, stay consistent.
For people who have had these surgeries, I would chose the fe/male to fe/male phrase over trans identifying. It really gets the horror across.

I believe I've stated this before, but I feel it's worth reiterating, the most baffling thing about all this to me is their reactions, because they vary in such the strangest ways, and none of them are how a human being would ever act.
On the most "normal" end, I start thinking of that one MtF with the shark plushie. He did give a fairly reasonable reaction, being he said he hated his life and regrets undergoing the surgery, but posted pictures of himself making stupid faces as he shoved an actual gun into his mouth like his suicide was a joke to him. Even at his lowest point, he was utterly desperate for attention. I've seen this expressed in a handful of Reddit posts where they grow to despise their surgeons, but turn it into some stupid comedy routine with the same energy as complaining about these doctors like they're just some guy who cut them off in traffic and not somebody who condemned them to a life of helplessness and suffering.
Then there's the "nonplussed" part of the spectrum where we witness the most nightmarish medical horror that can't even be imagined by the ordinary human mind. Fake skin being torn open into massive maws of blood and meat, and inhuman structures dangling off of what was once human anatomy. But these people express nothing more than indifference, the same reaction would one have over finding a hole in their sock. The quotes from Something Awful stand out in my mind, namely one where a user states in the most horrifying phrasing possible that their surgeon trying to fix their mess was proving fruitless, the stitches entering and escaping their wounds as the doctor describes it as "like working with wet clay," yet the person undergoing the procedure just calmly explains "I'll be going to a follow-up or two down the line" as if he were being treated for the common cold.
But the worst is the "delusion" end, and the people I most desperately wish I could slap through their monitors. The ones who have the aforementioned nightmarish medical horror that can't even be imagined by the ordinary human mind, but they choose to react with the largest, most desperate, overreaching, unadulterated coping and denialism I've ever seen. MtFs who post images that look like they were tortured by a shotgun but states "This is a dream come true!" Or FtMs with lifeless, necrotic tube sausages hanging off their belly buttons, offset by more than enough inches for anyone to notice, claiming "This is so much more comfortable than not having this lump of meat stitched onto me!" Then their doctors ignore them, move on, or pretend they don't exist, and these people will just shrug and say "I can't ask for better results, so it's okay they refuse to acknowledge I was ever their patient!"
They're all just so painfully stupid. I feel like I'm watching people fling themselves into an electric fence for no reason then flaunting their electrocution scars. I'm not observing humans anymore, but absolute lunatics, and it's frustrating because they act like aliens from some nightmare world where this isn't something that will be used as shock medical gore photos for the next 30 years. I don't care if they were duped by experimental medical science. In this day and age where anyone has more readily available access to information than even the most dedicated doctorate student of the early 2000's could ever dream of having in their palm of their hands, it's absolutely zero excuse why you'd willingly undergo an elective surgery that causes irreversable damage to your body yet you refuse to conduct any actual research in the countless weeks of preparation these surgeries take. I sympathize with the individuals who try to detransition, but I will never, ever see their original decision as anything other than a moment of abject and shameless idiocy, whether or not they felt like they were deceived. I spend more time and careful research when buying a microwave than these people do when planning to cut off their own body parts.

Dooleys? She was Dutch and loved to try to claim that she could do everything she could do pre op including play guitar despite having one of the most extreme arm grafts I have ever seen. The actual neophalluses are concerning enough, but the grafts (all types) cause the real damage when it comes to mobility and everyday function since they take such massive chunks out.

This is a great thread @toilet_rainbow, the original thread is huge and it takes forever to try and find just the real gems. I don’t know if I should thank you or curse you. 
My only gripe is that the infamous Elephant Dick is not named such for the curly rotdog, she earned her name from the initial bandaging that was gray and segmented and looked very much like an elephant trunk. I can’t seem to find it now even though I have before, I’m hoping the post still exists, will keep looking and add it in an edit if I can find it.
Edit: I found some with the elephant trunk bandage!
