I seem to remember that the judge originally didn’t want to give Austin rehab and had to be convinced of it by his lawyer and Rat dad. Yeah there’s no way the judge is letting him off the hook unless Austin can claim to be autistic and transgender in the next few hours.

Unless the lawyer can think of a novel, new legal argument of “Your Honor, any online service that is used by rats is not admissible in court, I hear by petition the court to deem that all discord logs and calls have to be wiped from the record because ratatouille rats use it + BMJ fucked their mothers and damn that shit was tight yo”.

The judge would wipe away a tear, slam his gravel and then demand that Austin goes free and that Austin is to deliver a list of every single rat that has wrong him to the court so that the judge can give them each 20 years of hard labor.

don't big expensive lawyers do shit like delay court for like 10 years at a time so he's effectively free for another 10 years
