Nice to see that the Democrats' true colors of refugee status come to light with Trump's recent action of accepting Arikaner refugees. Everybody is up in arms because the refugees happen to be White, yet conveniently ignore the blatant racial discrimination that they suffer from. They're completely fine with flooding immigration with Somalians and Haitians despite themselves proving that they are incapable of assimilating into Western society.
Remember, 'replacement theory' on wikipedia is a 'right wing conspiracy thing or whatever.

The Great Replacement (French: grand remplacement), also known as replacement theory or great replacement theory,[1][2][3] is a debunked white nationalist[4] far-right conspiracy theory

It would be easier to say 'yeah it's just some kooks saying that' if it weren't constantly proven to be the case.

I wouldn't really consider the scathing anti-white racism of the Dems as a sort of "coming to light" recent development. This has been a cornerstone of their platform for at least a decade and a half
I've only heard of the EO recently, despite it being published in February. I'm still trying to find the "why," I heard it had something to do with needing to outsource farming since they're deporting the Mexicans.

TLDR: Democrats will continue to win elections, but clown world is on its way out.
So long as the left doesn't develop some way to self-correct for malignant ideas we're just going to end up right back here.
I don't know, guys... Democrats made globohomo their zeitgeist for the past 10 years and refuse to let it go.

They were also bred to take direction. Independent thinkers were frowned upon
If that is the case then those slave owners must've not known what they were doing because niggers are also infamously bad at following orders. Violence is the only language they understand, that's why they are so emboldened to commit crime in areas with inadequate police enforcement.

The are so wrapped up in their own fart smelling liberal American exceptionalism that they cannot possibly comprehend other parts of the world where their script and programming is wholly incompatible with the actual situation.

Isn't this just "go back to Africa" but in reverse? I'd figured the race zealots would be happy that the White people are being shipped to another country. Now Africa can be more Black. Also, what happened to those people that love to recite the Statue of Liberty tablet of "give us your poor...?" By their logic, this should be a win-win.

Extreme rock and a hard place situation for Scotus. If they rule against Trump on the injunction shit they essentially cede their own authority.
My concern is that with all this stuff, Trump's plan may backfire spectacularly.

He could have enforced existing laws and influenced Congress, which his party controls, to pass more stringent laws and immigration reform.

Instead he went nuclear with extreme enforcement, very showy, flaunting due process, reinterpreting old laws, and is handing the Dems opportunities for lawfare and daring the SC to show they have any authority to check him.

It's like DOGE. In the end it was an existing department and Musk was a temporary advisor. But he made of big show of renaming it and meming the whole thing and a lot of it is getting rolled back. Some of it is Dem judges, but other judges are just ruling against him on principle and to show they have authority.

He just lost the Alien Enemies case. Birthright citizenship is a huge swing...if he wins, great. If he loses anchor babies are the law of the land. Expect the mask to he off and NGOs sending people to 3rd world countries to convince pregnant women to come and give birth, paid for, and chain migrate their families in.

The fact that they are arguing the entire case on not that, but on the Judicial overreach in general is a risk. I was so tired of all the injunctions I wanted this, but it is an "all chips in" moment. If the SC rules against him, the Executive branch has no power...can't enforce laws, can't run and staff agencies. The Cabinet members will be figureheads who report to the President what their permanent, lifetime Deep State deputies do, as they will be the real heads of the agencies.

The social contract died when Citizens United v United States came down in favor of the corpos. Larry Fink and his ilk were already the unofficial kings of the U.S but once that actually got enshrined as law it was actually literally Joever in terms of the United States being a real country.
What gives me a gut-punch laugh about Citizens United every single time I think about it is all the pro-EU lefty Americans who hate it and don't realize that Germans, Austrians, and the Swiss have recognized LLCs (a GmbH in their law) as legal persons since the 19th century. Citizens United just copied the EU. It's also the favorite lefty amendment, the 14th Amendment, that is used in the US to justify this shit.

If anybody wants more evidence of this, a perfect example is how the "karen saying nigger" thing has played out.

After initially being covered by all the major sources, it was dropped within a day. The mainstream left is well aware the country has the fatigue.

Not a peep about it from CNN, MSNBC, even the Atlantic since the first couple days it happened. It has now been reduced to the realm of Essence, Peopleofcolorintech, and The Nation. With such desperately reaching headlines as:
screen (1).webpscreen (2).webpscreen (3).webp
In the 2017-2022 era this shit would have never left the news cycle. All of the "dive bar" tier news sites and subreddits and such would push it, then the retarded boomers that run CNN who don't know how easy it is to astroturf would think "oh my god! This is a big thing! This tweet from a hotep got an entire 5000 likes that's a lot! A basketball player is talking about it and kids still totally care about basketball! This is what the kids are into we gotta get on board with this! 100% of my black friends will abandon me and cancel me if I don't cover this!"

What we see above is that "dive bar" news sources are still trying to force this to happen using the strategy that worked so well for years, but the establishment left is not biting. Instead basically telling them to fuck off. There are 3 major wars going on in the world, the economy is being restructured at a massive level, nobody has disposable income and AI is changing the world, people don't have the patience for black people's victim complex and they don't want the news covering it.

YT comments on the most viewed video covering the incident btw:

They fact that google is allowing these to stay active is remarkable.

They're not setting the rules anymore, they no longer have a blank check, they are on the defensive, they're the ones trying to find which concessions to make and which things to hold firm on. Now is the time to find the niche between complacency and doomerism.

That's why there are checks and balances with a President's authority to, well, prevent it from being a dictatorship.

What is the due process for an illegal violating immigrant law? The court hasn't said so beyond "24 hours isn't enough." So 36 hours.

Edit to add: Having the congress pass laws is a waste of time when current laws are adequate enough for the job. Besides any new laws can just as easily be struck down, or sent up to the SC as current laws.

Ridiculous. They would have done all that anyway and the result would have been identical.

Remember, the sole judicial principle on display in most of these cases is Orange Man Bad. The key tell is the obvious observation that if this were done by Obama there would be no lawfare. Only a midwit or a low-IQ nigger thinks this has anything to do with "muh chex and balances."

He could have enforced existing laws and influenced Congress, which his party controls, to pass more stringent laws and immigration reform.
They were expecting him to try that. "Oh hey thinks he has the house and senate, we'll block and slow walk him there. Only have to do it 2 years and then we can fix this in the midterms."

Instead he did the thing that only Trump could do. He bypassed them all using powers he absolutely has at his disposal but it isn't "polite" to use. He's getting things done -- even if currently temporary -- and gutting the system's very important network of abused pipelines where American funds are turned into uniparty power.

He's got them openly screaming about the evils of (white) african migration, and churches choosing to shut down rather than have to give the same services to white people they give to saintly pet brown people.
He has them flying across the world to have romantic luncheons with literal human trafficking gang members.
He has them using the only weapon they have left -- weaponized judges, many of whom aren't even Americans -- which is working just as long as Trump LETS it work and is making EVERYONE aware that we have a problem.

Judicial overreach was supposed to be their "in case of actual American, break glass" thing. A one or two time a year thing meant to stop some action that accidentally damaged some Uniparty platform. It was never meant to be used literally once a week for an entire administration. But as we saw with the leftists on X calling everyone Nazis -- you're a nazi, I'm a nazi, they see nazis under their bed at night -- the left finds a tactic that works and just abuses it until it doesn't anymore. That judge that keeps putting herself in charge of Trump's cases ("randomly") and has ignored SCOTUS? She's the judicial equivalent of the pink haired retard on twitter explaining that yes, maybe it is Nazi talk to expect to be able to pick what religion your own child is taught.

Meanwhile, the polling still supports Trump. Americans are sick and tired of wetbacks being allowed in. They're sick and tired of trannies and niggers running around being trannies and niggers and demanding everyone thank them for it. They're sick, oh so sick, of the Denmothers of the Longhouse explaining to everyone how it's gonna be, because they know best how to live YOUR life in their 98% white gated Californian community. The only reason this all had support is the 8% of America that is part of the Marxist Death Cult called "Progressivism" had dared everyone to stop clapping. Well, that's over now. Someone should let the Alt-Left, the progressives, know that things are different -- because I don't think they've realized people have stopped flinching when the pink haired retards call them a ceremonial bad name and threaten to kill them and take their children away via societal pressure.

Trump should be pushing even harder. Make the "new left" that will be forming in the next 10-30 years be forced to take center-right positions because the center has moved so far to the right -- towards Nationalism, towards Populism, towards Isolationism, towards Meritocracy -- that they HAVE to reject the retarded excesses they've been addicted to since the late 80s. Trump is a 90s democrat who was left behind when the party ran off a cliff. I want the next Clinton to be a Ronald Reagan clone wearing a DNC badge.

Ridiculous. They would have done all that anyway and the result would have been identical.
AFAIK, correct me if I'm wrong, any Supreme Court decision could be overturned but only by them or 2/3 of Congress and the states. It would be up to Congress to rewrite a law if it gets turned down. The President cannot overturn a Supreme Court decision, but they can appoint SC judges.

Assuming the birthright law is constitutionally protected, you'd need to make a new amendment and get that approved.

What is the due process for an illegal violating immigrant law? The court hasn't said so beyond "24 hours isn't enough." So 36 hours.
Remember, this is motte and baily bullshit. Due Process means the process to which they are due, unless you want it to mean "a fair trial", unless you want it to mean "NO ORANGE MAN BAD HE CAN'T JUST DO ANYTHING ORANGE MAN BAD THEY'RE DUE AN IMMGIRATION PROCESS THAT LETS THEM LIVE HERE FOR FREE FOREVER." And they pick whichever one they can get away with and will further their argument, which is, and always has been, "open borders 24x7 forever, no human is illegal, and only nazis deport anyone ever."

If the SC rules against him, the Executive branch has no power
No. The SC actually has no power outside what the other branches allow it outside of the courts. As seen with the student loan forgiveness mess the democrats just kept ignoring it along with everything that's happened with the Pennsylvania SC and election night shit. After all, they granted the whole power of Judicial Review to themselves instead of any amendment or act of law. The courts do not have any power over the purse which is the real mover of any sort of government or an defined power to remove the President. Their only capital is prestige itself and being the only court written to exist in the constitution.
They can't really do shit if Trump just says no, outside of have the media whine about it which its always going to do anyways.

Why did the Dems never make it an actual law?

Because abortion was a convenient political tool both for the Dems and Reps, it allowed them to milk outrage and get donations. The Dems in their general arrogance believed that SCOTUS would never overturn Roe v Wade even in defiance of left-leaning justices like Ruth Bader Ginsburg, who felt that the ruling was made on very shaky legal ground.

Is there a chance the 14th will ever be legit overturned and discarded?

You need a two-thirds majority to repeal or add an amendment to the Constitution. One of the more famous examples is how we passed the 18th Amendment, bringing in Prohibition, then repealed it later on with the 21st Amendment.

That's why we've only amended it 27 times in 248 years. The Founding Fathers did this by design, ideally to stop situations where the Constitution could be amended on a whim since it's the supreme law of the country. In short, the Republicans would need a supermajority, or we swap out the current Democrats with people who aren't crazy and evil.
