I had assumed this was a newly closed or abandoned building Russ was proposing to renovate. It's the only way allocating part of a hotel makes sense. Suggesting he take over half of an ongoing business is so insane, so completely retarded, it didn't even cross my mind.

Every time I assume Russ means something straightforward or normal, I am mistaken. There should be a Greer Principle, like "always assume the maximally retarded case".

I also assumed this was an abandoned motel because the alternative is so batshit. What is it about him that makes him think he can just seize half of someone's business to run whores out of?

He already spent his court money on a new hooker LLC! I was wondering why Intimate Dealings was abbreviated to ID LLC in the slide show. He must've been planning it before the court ordered him to pay fees, but followed through anyway!
I suspect he created a new LLC partially so nobody would find it, but I'm really wondering why he didn't just square up the expired one. Everything else the same, older LLCs often have a bit more respect.

I assume he didn't let WH know about the old one, and simply said they need to create one.

Depending on the property title, is it even possible to sell off half of the Scott Shady's premises to another party (assuming they are willing to sell)? Are all the improvements i.e. motel building, grounds, parking lot etc on the one title, or does each room have its own separate title with a share in the common grounds similar to that of apartments or condos?

If it's the latter, then selling off part of motel premises to ID NV LLC may be feasible in theory.

Of course I'm not a lawyer, and I know nothing about Nevada property laws, so I have no idea what is and isn't possible in terms of selling off part of a property such as the Scott Shady. Waylon would know more about that stuff than I do.

In general, in all States, local governments HATE subdivision of property parcels. It makes everything very complex. Even in bum fuck nowhere, if Farmer Jed wants to Subdivide his cow pasture, the county will say "sure Jed. Just present to the county your plan to pay for paved road access too all the new parcels, your plan to pay the electric utility to run poles and line to all the new parcels, bring your acceptance forms from the USPS to get new postal addresses, sign easments to make right of way and permitting to the State transportation authority to add your new paved road proposal to the Geographic register of State roads, sign easements with the county to make the road public right of way so County Sheriff's can patrol and then bring all your paperwork from the utilities, State and Federal Government to the next planning meeting so we can vote against it and waste all your time and effort.

I'd say that initially that weren't. I'm sure they know all about it now. It's a small town, I guarantee someone at that meeting drove straight out there the minute the gavel dropped to tell them all about it.

Minor technicality, after Russ gets permission from the city and the motel owners to forcibly turn an entire wing of their family-friendly motel into a brothel he'll go to the Nevada state legislature and swiftly tailor away at getting the law changed just for him. Dennis Hof will be avenged!
 
I suspect someone who claims to have 400 dollars for the court case but also claims he does not have 15 dollars for the court case is likely to be retarded.

Have you considered that Greer only had 400 dollars, and the defendant is trying to push him into poverty? I am sure the income statement that he will file under seal will bear this out and show how much of a meanie-poopy-head Hardin has been to make Greer pay to litigate the case that Greer started!

I'm almost certain you're not allowed to use initials when listing managing members, which would put the business out of compliance with requirements.

Hopefully Hardin or someone that can bring him information, reading this thread, there is a ton of new information from just one weekend that he should probably review.

I cannot imagine any Scenario where the Mayor or one or more of the Council was not on the phone calling the Scott Shady owners immediately after seeing Shitlips plan. It might be worth keeping an eye on Wiemucca for further low key actions. Like the Town Council banning Greer from the City Limits.

Silly newb. Just because Russ is citing a law or case, doesn't mean he's read it or understands what it means. He routinely cites shit that is direct opposition to what he wants without realizing it (until he reads Hardin's respone.) (OH right, silly me. He never reads or understands those either).

Giving credit where due, Russ caught this himself and emended his petition to remove the eminent domain provision from the his plan because the statute disallows it for private development. I assume this is so that government cannot seize property, then hand it over for nothing to someone who paid them a bribe to build a commercial business or commercial housing upon it.

Mr. Greer's initially stated intent with his litigation was to bankrupt Null so that the site and all 100k+ pages of provably false claims would be deleted forever and ever, amen.
How did it end up like this? How is the system so unfair that this vexatious litigant has to cough up filing fees + sanctions now because Hardin is the world's WORST neutral third party lawyer.
This isn't fair, bro. Greer's a good man, he's made mistakes, he was being a shock jock, he's ready to move on.
(I hope Mr. Greer, who fumed bitterly that Null was able to crowdfunded a large amount of money to fend off vexatious litigants in a short amount of time sees that Null has again managed to crowdsource, what, 40K in a day in a half? Think of how many brothel's he could visit with that!)

It's specifically his lips and his eyes. He can't close his lips or turn his eyes. In his book he specifically says he's a very good kisser in spite of the paralysis because his tongue still works which is one of the most absolutely haram things I've ever heard in my fucking life

If you want to do an impression Rekieta had a set of these for the Greer streams and it was shocking how perfectly he sounded like Greer while wearing them with zero effort
