That's baaaaaad. He looks and sounds like he got hit on the head with a giant cartoon mallet. He should have tweeting birds and stars circling his head. If he's abusing nitrous as recklessly as he abused the other substances he's abused, we might see a shockingly rapid decline over the next couple months. If he's fucking up this bad now, and assuming his abuse of nitrous continues to escalate, how bad is he going to be by the end of the year?

Nick is living off a trust fund managed for the descendants of his grandpa, so if Kayla gets the kids in the divorce she supposedly gets control of the portion set aside for maintaing the children and as there's five of them that share is probably a lot bigger than whatever Nick is getting on his own.
god i wished trust were public

but very good point. also explains why they shat out kids, why he went to law school he wanted to learn how to find a loop hole.

In short it’s not hard to see that none of these fucks are swinger or poly. nick shoulda just booked himself a fucking escort or two. I dont get why Aaron even hung out with nick.
Clout. Nick at the time was still seen as an incredibly successful streamer, and had made a lot of money, and had the trappings of fame.
I’m sure Aaron at least wanted to learn the secret, and hope some of it rubbed off on him.
Then I think he got drawn in to the degeneracy when Kayla and April started pantomime lezzing it up, all encouraged by the cult leader of course.

It would be interesting to hear that part from Aaron to be honest, I don’t think we’ve heard him describe it much or at all.

What if April has signed an NDA, and that is why Nick was trying so hard to find out when Kiki last spoke to her?
Good luck enforcing an NDA against April after getting her physically addicted to multiple drugs and admitting on stream that you were the one who "taught her how to do the drug".

Nick literally admitted to getting her addicted to drugs, confirming another one of Aaron's stories.

What if April has signed an NDA, and that is why Nick was trying so hard to find out when Kiki last spoke to her?
I think she's likely not very smart and Nick has convinced her that he got her charges dropped in exchange for her silence on the matter and that's actually enforceable and reversible if she were to change her mind. Just as I'm sure he probably did allow the nanny to drink or help herself to whatever was in the house. Possibly even got her high and tried to make a pass at her which he feels strongly will dissuade her from saying anything as she would need to admit to her own poor judgment if she were to tell her side of events.
Or maybe he just thinks she cares too much about his kids to humiliate their family publicly. Shame he doesn't feel the same way.

if the PO is a woman
His PO is a woman. He's said so.
I just figured everybody knew that. I guess it wasn't ever confirmed, but come on.
No. Quite the opposite, actually. Her stepfather pleaded with her to leave him, and most of this thread was screaming at her to leave him. @Not Who You Think (author of Kayla's OP) even compiled a musical slide show to Wild World ("If you wanna leave, take good care") with the same sentiment. It made a few of us hardened Farmers cry ugly tears. This is entirely new information.
I don't think there's anything that would prevent Kayla from taking half of everything and she seems like a good potential candidate for alimony too, if they still have that in MN.
Surprisingly, MN is very money-making spouse (usually the father) friendly. Alimony is capped, both by a fairly reasonable maximum and duration (four years, I believe). 50/50 time is also awarded more liberally there.
the simplest explanation is most likely the truth. i don't see how rekieta's trust fund is protected from a divorce.
Trust money is VERY protected. It's almost impossible for the State to get its hands on funds protected by trusts. Having said that, no one knows how Nick's trust is structured. His children are the beneficiaries of the main home.
as for testimony of rekieta given coco to this kid, can this be used by the cops to arrest rekieta again?
I would need to drill into the statutes around plea bargains. If new evidence or a new witness comes forward, can charges that were dropped in a plea deal be reopened? I don't know the answer.
A domestic at Rekieta house?
What is that, a day that ends with the letter y?
I've heard, 4th hand, that it involved hitting a child, and it was bad.
I wonder where the money went while the children were living with their grand parents, Nick put the side-hoes hovel on the market around that time.
Right, and that side-hoes hovel was the only large asset in Kayla's name.

I’m a bit late to this, but I put together a supercut from Rekieta’s stream where he displayed truly remarkable emotional stability while interacting with a woman.

Nitrous Nick

Keanu is hosting STMS and playing this. Another win for the toe.

(Speculation):
Wouldn't our wife be an accessory to the dosing or could she say that she was to scared to speak up? Maybe it has less to do with drug crimes and more to do with fraud in which the assets would be taken away.
It's simpler - he wants his family, wants his idea of himself that revolves around it kept intact, and doesn't want yet another failure.

It's new information but plenty of us guessed correctly. It wasn't exactly a hard guess. For instance me, last year. :smug:
Best guess: Kayla pulled a "her or me" or possibly a "let's scream about discuss divorce". It's not a sure thing at the moment because otherwise April wouldn't need to lovebomb and assert herself publicly, he'd just make the switch to April. She's playing the "cool and chill girlfriend" act by love bombing and not openly insulting Kayla in order to present as the more appealing option when compared with Kayla who is probably throwing his life into some kind of chaos at the moment.

(Fwiw, I'm fairly sure those charges can be re-filed at any time with proof and a witness.)
His child endangerment charges were not directly related to his child being exposed to cocaine. If you read the statute, the charges had to do with placing your kids in a residence where you know people are doing drugs, something which would've been true whether any of the kids were actually dosed or not. If you think about it, it kinda makes sense. He was charged with endangerment, placing your kids in danger of being exposed to drugs. Actually exposing them to drugs would be harming them, not endangering them.
The state has never really known what to do with the positive test, imo. Yes, they know the child was exposed to cocaine, but they have no insight into how that may have occured. They don't know which of the adults was responsible, if one of the adults was even responsible, if one of the other kids was responsible (dark, ik, but theoretically possible), or if it was entirely spontaneous by the child themselves. Even in the CPS case, from the documents we have available the first and only time it was brought up was when Rackets blurted out his explanation for it in open court.
All this means that although the positive test is certainly damning evidence of something, the state has nothing they can reasonably attach it to, so it just sits there, making Nick look bad while being legally irrelevant.
