Among those:
- Nick "couldn't" leave Kayla
- Kayla was planning to divorce Nick (funny, the thread has mostly ignored this pretty huge revelation, probably out of sheer exhaustion)
I do not believe these were entirely impressive revelations as we knew (independently of Nick) about shouting rows between Nick and Kayla that pre-dated the Qover. Of course she would bring up 'divorce' and 'death/suicide' in an emotionally turbulent argument eventually.
I also think parsing of semantics for Nick is useless because he changes the meaning of words to suit his purpose.
- Kayla knew Nick was "boning" April when she would leave the house with the kids
This was new and 100% in line with Nick's narcissist wanting to have two wives.
- Kayla's in-laws housed April
I believe this is meant to be Nick's parents? Jusy phrased oddly... It makes sense because they would want to run cover for the Qover and their son's reputation. If anyone forced an NDA, it would be them.
- The second Kayla said she still wanted the marriage to work, he dumped April (cue Nick's gratitude womb tattoo)
I am sure Nick's parents had a lot of input to this. I have no reason to doubt Nick's assertion that he was talking April up on the conditional that 'if Kayla left [him]' then he would make their arrangements more permanent. He was trying to hold on to both, but at least be sure he could retain one. When Kayla was willing to stay (in whatever capacity) I am sure Nick's parents jumped at the chance to take Kayla over April.
April was always Plan B given the turmoil of divorce scandal and the children.
Good video, as usual. The only thing I don't get is the whippets intro, since his voice is hardly ever low in the video, but almost entirely shrill and annoying. He's such a freak. Ick Wreckeita.
It can also cause weird modulation of tone. I hear it 8/10 when he starts speaking after coming back on screen.
They have a prenup right? I would assume that’s all included in there.
Nick will never get a divorce because he’s far too comfortable. His dream was to get to fuck someone on the side with permission so I think he’ll just fuck someone on the side without permission next. Probably already has.
No. He had a rant about how 'not lucky' he was because he didn't have one. It was archived by Elissa in later 2023, I believe, or early 2024.
god i wished trust were public
but very good point. also explains why they shat out kids, why he went to law school he wanted to learn how to find a loop hole.
I wonder if it is not a monthly pay-out trust, but rather tight financial apron strings where his parents just dole out money. They could buy the first house and put it in Nick's name with verbal conditions on it. They could also set up trusts for the second (current home) property with non-public conditions.
I think that would be the funniest option because then there is really no way for Nick to weasel more money until he inherits something.
What if April has signed an NDA, and that is why Nick was trying so hard to find out when Kiki last spoke to her?
As others have said, these seem to be highly unenforceable in the US when sexual relations are a factor. I also believe that if anyone insisted on an NDA (besides the one Nick stupidly wanted at the Qover inception that the Imholte's refused) it came from Nick's parents as condition for housing and feeding April.
