Err... defendants don't have to have a case, they just need to prove yours is more bullshit than not (which they have already done, God only knows why this fucking case continues to lurch forward like a half decayed zombie). I get the feeling that Rusty doesn't quite understand how this entire plaintiff/defendant thing works.

Also, I'd like to point out, in the last few filings greer has consistently typed IFP (in forma pauperis) as IPF. what a fuckin dummy

I'm fairly convinced at this point that IPF stands for Insane Plaintiff, Fraudulent.

So Russ admits he had the money on hand and only filed In Forma Pauperis to save money for moving, which I'm pretty sure isn't an excuse to go years and years without ever paying the filing fee

It isn't. This is another admission that could lead to this cause being dismissed based on his fraudulent IFP status. He literally just keeps providing additional evidence of his own maleficence with each filing. It's fucking hilarious.

On 6/12/2025, The Supreme Court will consider whether they should take up a case of whether Sony can just steal your internet after allegations of infringement. Both Sony and its enemies have cited the Greer v. Moon case for their side.

If they rule in favor of Sony we can literally thank Greer and the retards in the 10th appeals court for literally helping to destroy the Internet.

This is Improper Purpose.
The whole purpose of the suit is improper; it's a falsely called "copyright" suit that's really just a plain old SLAAP suit filed in a jurisdiction that had no SLAAP statute at the time and that is meant to stifle free speech and fair comment and criticism of a buffoonish and inflammatory public figure who does moronic things, does they very publicly - even involving celebrities in his shenanigans.

In any event, $16 x 40 x ±50-ish = more than twice the federal poverty level in 2020.
Is it just me, or did Based Skordas miss a lot of things he really shouldn't have?

Man, if I could go back in time to 2018, I would babble incoherently at Null about bricked faced trannies giving girl talks, that Skordas isn't the based one, Hardship Hardin is, that CHECKS ARE WAY and that he needs to start eating nothing but 'deens RIGHT NOW (but dont trust the smoked oysters) and get immediately banned.

Please God let the judge rule on something this week. Too much fuel for hilarity has accumulated once again. Burn it up baby!

I almost get the feeling the judge looked at the docket, saw how much shit had been filed and just goes "Nope" Rinse and repeat for each subsequent day as it just gets worse, and worse.

Greer actually admitting in open court that he had savings and used it to buy a fucking U-Haul instead of paying filing fees.
This case has to be dead, there is no fucking way he provided this information in ECF 1.
he also never mentions WHY he was moving. it was absolutely not a move of necessity related to finances or anything else. it was because he truly believed he was going to win AGT, get a deal for a running show in vegas, and to be closer to hookers. that’s it. that was his motivation to move. he was probably only in utah as long as he was because he went to school there and didn’t have a car for the majority of that time.

Today he claimed he filed IFP because otherwise he would not have been able to both meet the statute of limitations in this case AND pay for all of his elective expenses. Like hiring a band. Like suing America's Got Talent. This is Improper Purpose. This is 100% fraud. IFP is not there to cover a shortfall because of your personal mismanagement. It's a safety blanket for the truly impoverished. It 's a fraud he carried on for 5 years. And presented as fact to the District Judge when arguing he should not be sanctioned. It's willfully fraud. And he makes it clear in these insane filings.
Yeah it is basically clear from Greer's own admissions that he is guilty of IFP fraud. Though Hardin probably wants to really nail down everything and prove very conclusively that Greer did so. When you want to get the Judge to do something, especially something like dismissing a case, you want to make it extremely clear and easy to understand with extremely good evidence to back it up.

Hardin is likely going to go above and beyond and show that Greer not only committed IFP fraud, but also that he knows he committed it, knows he shouldn't have done it, and has lied to this court and other courts quite a bit.

This right here looks like the most likely way that the case end right now and so we are all watching with baited breath but Hardin needs to take his time.
To me it feels like the Chris-chan information overload thing where he's hoping to flood the court with so many batshit filings the judge will retard himself trying to make sense of whatever he's reading.
I actually think courts are probably very good at sniffing out bullshit. But if they act on what they find is an entirely different question and one courts often fail.
Is it just me, or did Based Skordas miss a lot of things he really shouldn't have?
Very much so. I think part of that was Skordas's character, but I also think part of it was that Skordas wasn't getting paid. Even if a lawyer likes you and wants to help you and is happy to work for free you just aren't going to get as much out of them if they aren't paid. It is just human nature.

Hardin is likely going to go above and beyond and show that Greer not only committed IFP fraud, but also that he knows he committed it, knows he shouldn't have done it, and has lied to this court and other courts quite a bit.
Mr. Greer out there proving to Hanlon that you can be malicious AND stupid. It doesn't have to be one or the other.
