That part is still one of the most mind-boggling things in this case. The fact that he literally thought his dad and brother were HIS witnesses only, like "Hey! Those are MY witnesses! How DARE you try to depose them!" How do you paralegal without knowing how witnesses work? They had JUST talked about depositions and interrogatories in the scheduling conference a month prior, too. The judge had painstakingly gone over the whole thing with both Greer and Hardin.

If this case finally gets yeeted as it deserves, my only regret will be missing out on a 10 hour recording of Russell Greer sizzling on Hardin's grill.

Which is why it's important that more financial sanctions land successfully. If his whore fund gets wiped out and inshallah he becomes actually indebted to Null, I have a feeling he will not want to risk going back into the ring with Hardship Hardin again.
i dont think you understand. any financial award for null is a misunderstanding and reversible error by the court, if only they would let rusty explain why, the judges would certainly understand. therefore rusty will not be paying null or hardin a dime, good sir. besides, russells next, bigger and better lawsuit against kiwi farms will finally expose a website and its owner for who they really are and rusty will go on to become a chart topping hitmaker

Maybe Russell genuinely doesn't know how to get Hardin disbarred or get his pro hac vice status revoked.
Even if he did understand and execute the procedure perfectly it wouldn't matter. Hardin has done nothing to merit revocation or disbarment.
I have no sympathy for the court whatsoever. They have tard guarded themselves into their current position and deserve every headache they get. I hope there is an Advil shortage in Utah for the foreseeable future.
I do have sympathy for the clerks, although I'm sure Greer's antics give them plenty to talk about on their hot chocolate breaks. I bet more than one of them has looked him up online. Maybe they're laughing at him, maybe they're praying for him. Either way I think it's the most fun they've had since Bishop Jones was busted with a trunk full of Colombian coffee.

What do we think Greer will plightsplain about this week?
I imagine he's going to come unglued and DEMAND that Hardin stop investigating his fantasies of being a real estate tycoon running a whorehouse. Or he'll lose his shit on Hardin about him daring to contact Russ's DAD. Or he'll actually try and get a TRO against Hardin to stop investigating his IFP (and other) fraud.

For me the empty threats are becoming one of the funniest things. He actually went "I'm going to the police station right now! I took time off work! Walking there right now!" followed by "Ok I didn't go, this is your last chance..."

It's like a living cartoon, bless him.
Even better, he asked the judge for a protective order, saying that if doesn't get he will go to the police.
Plaintiff therefore seeks an EMERGENCY case protective order before he goes to the Las Vegas police. Plaintiff is trying to avoid that, as that would make this case very hard to litigate.
Better do what I tell you judge or I will go to tha cooops!

Maybe they're laughing at him, maybe they're praying for him.
Maybe... they are in this very thread, watching and waiting.

Re police, its his latest escalation in "I am telling!". First teachers at school, then his adoptive parents, then most likely bishop, then courts... now its police that courts refuse to play ball.

Whats the next authority he will turn to? The pope?

As with anything he commits to doing, he doesn't logically follow the steps required beyond having a water-brained idea and blurting it out.

Due to this Shitlips Verbal Diarrhoea phenomenon, he has now commited to:
  • Providing a copy of a failed RO application that he isn't prepared to pay for and now somehow disputes the relevancy of. He instructed the court he applied to to make a filing in the docket on his behalf after being told (and compelled) ad nauseam that telling everybody else to do your legwork does not constitute "producing" a document. 🌙
  • Constructing a property portfolio of brothels despite not having the resources, permission or expertise to do so
  • Challenging Mr Hardin's fitness to practice law (in Utah or otherwise)
  • Pursuing an RO against Mr Hardin via his current lolsuit (if it pleases the Court) 🌙
  • Serving people known only as Moseph Jartelli and Russtard as of however many fucking years ago
Among all manner of other stupid shit.

For somebody with a paralysed mouth, he seems to have no trouble running it, entirely to his own detriment. :story:

Even if Russ legitimately believed a proposed witness was still alive (without checking), he can not legitimately claim such a witness was "eager" to testify when their last interaction was an argument and cutting off contact.
Even if he honestly believed that they were all good now, he could not have legitimately listed him as an "eager and alive" witness. He is required to do some due diligence. It's not negligence either, unlike what Russ claims.
He actually tried getting rent money from the local ward bishop when he was evicted last year. I don't think they ponied up though, so he's dropped his Mormon faith again.
They were willing to finance a BIG amount of his rent, but not everything, so Russ stormed out, and then negrated them on Google reviews

If he stays true to form, he'll probably sperg about whatever was the last thing on the docket. In this case it's Hardin's supplemental authority to unseal ECF 1, so he'll probably sperg about how it's moot because he paid the fee, it's irrelevant because it's 5 years ago, and it's irrelevant because "this is a copyright case!". Also it's stalking harasser creepy illegal crime that will prompt Greer to go to the police today, for real this time guys!

I mean, there's something similar along the lines of Russ's pursuit of a restraining order in his attempt to remove Hardin from the case. Ol' Sandwich Sean himself alluded to omegalulz if Russ continues to pursue that, lest I'm a wee retard who has no idea as to what those omegalulz would be.
My case is different because it was a normal case and shit lips wasn’t involved, but I had a very irritated man who did not like my lawyer and kept harassing him through email much like Russ did.

The solution to that was the judge ordered the man to go through his own lawyer at his own expense in order to communicate with mine. After he had to pay to yell at my lawyer, it stopped.

Then a few months later the man died. It wasn’t related but it was nice. Death really does make shit go away, it’s great.

Wouldn't be a Greer filing if he didn't put the onus and the blame of him not retaining his own records on some other entity. Curse you, U-Haul.

Don't investigate my fraud upon the court tied directly to my vexatious lawsuit. That's against the rules.

That darn insulting fingering. Russy dindu nuffin.
False accusation. No case, you know, the one he has no evidence for, no witnesses, no statements. That case.
None of this has to do with copyright. 100% agree with you.
