The judge himself can see the records even when sealed, can't he?

Please God, let Russ have completely misremembered what he put in ECF 1, and got it all wrong today.
I don't know that the judge will bother going out of his way to spontaneously review ECF 1 just to make sure Greer's new round of ramblings are contradictory or not.

It's a reasonable way to deny the motion, simply say "The Court reviewed ECF 1 and everything seems to be in order .... wait what the fuck was just filed holy shit"

I hope you're right but from my layman observations it seems that courts are lazy and won't do much unless you make them, and even when you try to make them they still often won't do it. Hell, Barlow couldn't even be assed to read the sanctions spreadsheet before issuing a quick order that basically amounted to "whatever get this out of my face already."

The beauty is he probably has no idea what he filed at ECF #1. That was years ago and he doesn't keep records.
You would have to be very retarded to claim specifics about what you put in ECF #1, if you don't know what you put in ECF #1. So that checks out.

It would at least be yet another point of Greer not having candor to the court. The Magistrate already made it very clear to Greer that you can't just recklessly file whatever without doing your due diligence to make sure it's true.

Nothing ever happens bros will be vindicated. The judge will not review ECF 1, he will not dismiss for IPF fraud, and the tard guarding will continue until the heat death of the universe. This is why your life is already over, Mr. Stalker child. Enjoy lawsuit purgatory.

If you're trying to say "in pauperis forma" is correct due to Latin's flexible word order, you are incorrect. In Latin and Greek, the case of the object of the preposition determines the meaning of the preposition. It is generally poor form to separate a preposition from its object to avoid ambiguity.

I try my best to keep up with the filings and the discourse here and all, but I'm no lawyer so I have a question for the aficionados in this thread:

Can't greer just like, give up? Things aren't looking too good for him and its still pretty early in the proceedings, so can't he just cut his losses and go home? I would have done it if I was in his position
