There having been no admission to "renege" on, it still remains to be seen whether he will bother to issue any hard denial of the public notes about the footage that never should have been called "transcripts" to begin with. Hopefully he will shoot himself in the foot with a denial next, as the denial's implied need to dispel any misconceptions created by those notes' pesky Kiwi lies would just hand Hardin's public interest argument even more ammo on a silver platter, assuming that he will still rightly file the civil declaratory action on that alternative ground this week and isn't putting all eggs in the intervention basket.
