Yes, I did speak to her privately and often, back when she lived with Krystle in Virginia. I told her Destiny was too young and it would not last. She said she still loved Krystal but she couldn't live with her anymore and was hoping things could work with Destiny--so she absolutely used her. Krystal and Destiny both have autism; must make them easier to manipulate.

Amberlynn is a horrible friend. She will talk about herself until she's blue in the face, but once you try to share some of your struggles or triumphs, she doesn't even pretend to listen.

It's always a competition with her. Her suffering is worse, her life is harder, no one could possibly feel how she feels. She's incredibly self centered.

I do know Krystle's entire family was relieved to see AL go and that they will shit bricks when AL moves back because my money is on AL running back to people who will enable her while giving her hundreds of dollars a month (Krystle's parents used to give her spending money- they both ACTUALLY work for the government). My guess is they gave her the money because they were relieved Krystle actually had a companion.

Also, I do know that one of the arguments that AL and Destiny had was that Destiny may be trans and AL was infuriated about that. Dana is bi and so it doesn't matter to her. This is secondhand knowledge from an online friend of ours who still talks to her on occasion.

While I don't know for sure, I'm pretty certain Krystle's autism is Aspbergers, which means she has issues with socializing and emotion processing. I think that's why she and AL lasted so long, she was mostly unaffected by the outbursts and selfishness.

They broke up because Krystal wanted to try dating guys, and couldn't imagine a long term future (marriage) with AL. Krystal's sister Brandy also HATED AL and felt she was taking advantage of the family-- maybe she finally got through to them?
