Why would you not be? Are you a pussy? It's just pain, it doesn't do any damage to your outside layers or innards. Technically, getting sedated does more actual harm. I had a colonoscopy twice on account of having the same genetic issues TB had, with nearly identical symptoms, except I took care of everything in under a week, not several months. Yes, it was fucking awful. Yes, I felt like I was going to explode and was constantly dry heaving. Yes, the maybe 5 minute tops procedure felt like an eternity. Yes, my rear was smarting for like 30 minutes immediately afterwards. An hour later I forgot all about it. Booked a surgery, got the tiny benign meatball out, been peachy ever since.
