What UM posted is a completely different thing than that. This is the Whoremonger trying to have null arrested and KF seized for publishing Greers unsolicited threatening e-mails to null.

This comes from a public records request to the police department. The thing Greer has been ordered to produce is his ex parte filing to the Utah State Courts. Which is under seal.

It’s easy to get confused as Greer has attempted to have null arrested in several states (and possibly the FBI?) and has attempted multiple unconstitutional ex parte Restraining Orders in several jurisdictions and they all seemingly blurr together.

I'm going to indulge in a little optimism and say this case will end in Kiwi victory. I don't think it'll be total, but Russell will be smacked down. Not only is the Kiwi Farms metaphorically strangling Rusty with his own words, but I can imagine Hardin demanding sanctions for the time wasted to dig up the documents in Russell's stead. Rusty's best move right now would be to contact Hardin, offer to pay all the fees in return for Null dropping the case, and pay the smallest amount he can get away with. That way, he can avoid having more embarrassing information dug up and still have his brothel money.

Of course, I believe Russell, spiteful goblin that he is, will drag this case out to the bitter end. Further, I don't think Judge Bowtie will dismiss or apply case-ending sanctions, for reasons known only to him. I think we will be seeing Russ forced to pay small sanctions until his brothel fund runs dry. By the end of it, all of Russell's insane history will be exposed for the world to see. There is no victory for Russell, unless the judge has total brain failure.

If he has to admit openly, either to the court or worse to himself, that there is no hidden money, no secret backers, no chance of actually achieving his perverted sex dream of this fantasy brothel then he's done, it's all over and he might as well walk out into traffic rather then face living the rest of the disaster that he's made his life into.
