They aren't sticking with any specific game and suck at all of them. You can be a variety streamer, but if you do the games have to be good/interesting, and you have to play them in a way that IS interesting. Keffals never hit any high tier in Hearthstone, can't play WoW long enough to ever get competent, and probably gave up on Satisfactory right where I said they would.

Asmongold made WoW interesting by playing in non-conventional ways like Mount-Offs, which led to that becoming an actual real mini-game variation during the 20 year anniversary. Sitting through a Keffals stream is just quiet suffering and all you have to look forward to is crying and mooby nip slips.

ok i found a clip from mati from ??? where keffals talks about the capsulectomy, "mid-20s" so, what, 5-7 years ago? hmmm kinda surprised there was so much left after that. perhaps the apparent squareness is from them missing some of the scar tissue during removal. either way, very square

I think that could possibly be explained by him being both fat and attempting to do MySpace angles he can't pull of because he's a boxy dude.

I've seen quite a few troons do this to fake having cleavage. If any of you are fat give the moob push a go yourself, you may be surprised how suddenly buxom you are (this is not a sign to troon out).

yeah so (pardon the horrifying diagram!) i'm speaking specifically to this effect which yes is definitely more readily apparent due to laying down

but for some reason the edges of the pocket they created when placing the implant remain visible even after their removal. visible edges is kinda common with subglandular implants but oddly enough that didn't seem to be a problem while the implants were in judging by the grooby stuff from a decade ago so i'm not even sure they were subglandular. if they were mine i'd go in for a revision because something isn't right
