Mistakenly deported Salvadoran native Kilmar Abrego Garcia is on his way back to the United States where he will face criminal charges for allegedly transporting undocumented migrants within the U.S., according to sources familiar with the matter.
Regarding Garcia - I can't help but see this as a loss. Pam Bondi was talking tough in front of the cameras (as usual) about how they're going to press all these charges against him but the Democrats got what they wanted. He's back in the States, on our dollar, and now they're going to argue that every illegal needs a jury trial before they can be deported.

More than two months after the Trump administration admitted it mistakenly deported Abrego Garcia from Maryland to his native El Salvador, a federal grand jury has indicted him for allegedly transporting undocumented migrants within the United States, ABC News has learned.

A two-count indictment, which was filed under seal in federal court in Tennessee last month, alleges Abrego Garcia, 29, participated in a years-long conspiracy to haul undocumented migrants from Texas to the interior of the country, according to sources briefed on the indictment.
Incredible L. Should just execute him live on TV when the plane touches down. Why risk him being let go?

@StudMccool

Fascism was smashed with American goods and Soviet men.

Too bad the Soviets thought they should establish a cordon sanitaire around the USSR and the Americans had no idea why they'd do that, isn't democracy the bestest thing ever?

This ape gets it.

Also consider, the guy is a gangbanger. Every juror who participates is at risk. We all know how well that works with political cases.

He won't. They could have left him there and no one would care, but they brought him back to try him for human trafficking, including minors. So all the faggots who acted like he was innocently taken away are now on record saying bring back the human trafficker. The democrats manufactured their own L. This is clearly just to highlight democrats wanting illegals in order to set up the '26 gameplan: who do you want in your country, John or Juan?

Im not going to argue speech with you. Josh got a court order. He followed it. Failure to follow it would result in termination of the site. If you are so mad, talk to dear feeder. Also Sam Hyde did that in another country and immediately booked a flight back home, in which time the law couldn't catch him. Sam got away with it by being lucky and quick on his feet.
The funny thing bout that, sam hyde was gonna be much funnier with it, he was gonna originally go after teh queen with that statement, but changed his mind because that wasn't a good idea lol.

That's not how it works. It's only an L if normies see all the details. Which they usually don't.

And what happens if some Dem operative gets on the jury and refuses to convict?

if thats some cryptic "Pro Communism" take you got the wrong guy, Stalin was a ruthless fuck who was willing to starve civilians to prove that his broken ideology held water.

Communism is deeply repugnant and a denigration of the human spirit both in theory and in practice in my personal opinion. Democracy has its own deep flaws but as JFk famously said "We have never had to build a wall for fear our people might leave us"

In the first battle of Kiev the USSR lost more men as POWs IN A SINGLE ENGAGEMENT than we lost as casualties in the whole war.

Literally 2 days before that above battle concludes the battle of Białystok–Minsk kicks off, thats another quarter million captured, also 5k tanks just like that

At the EXACT same time as that they lost half a million as POWs at Smolensk

All this happened within the first 3 months of the fight with 2 of them happening in the first month, this is what I mean by Russians ability to sacrifice is unparalleled. you could look at this and think "They should have got better at fighting and they wouldnt have had to lose so many men". Sure easy to armchair general 80 years removed, but do you realize how absurd it is they stayed in the fight after losing more than a million men as POWs in the first months? thats more men than most whole nations ever fielded and the USSR was just like

this was 1941! US boots on European beaches were 3 years out and you just lost a million men and the German army is about to overrun your industrial base but instead of quiting stalin calls up 5 million more men and order the factories packed up BRICK BY BRICK and shipped thousands of miles east into the Orel mountians and beyond.
In the defense of all those Russians who surrendered, Stalin was a nigger (though still less of a destructive cunt than the Judeo-Bolsheviks he replaced) and it is really, REALLY fucking hard to blame anyone for not wanting to die for Communism (which had not only been purposely starving the Russian people even before they got around to starving the Ukies, but had also been putting Russian culture through the sort of mass struggle session leftards dream about 'deconstructing' American culture with not long before). Then the Nazis started killing every Slav they saw, surrendering & unarmed or not, and the survivors realized that defeat was not actually an option; that their only options, really, were victory or death.

If Hitler hadn't been a fucktard in his own way and murdered all those POWs on top of enacting genocide against all the other peoples of the USSR, thereby forcing the various Slavic and other non-Germanic nationalities of the east to fight to the death under Stalin's banner, he would've won and the Wehrmacht would have been greeted as liberators by the Russian people from the long post-1917 nightmare in Moscow by the end of 1941. (The Nazis did create collaborator formations later in the war, but by then the damage was done. They probably would've been able to blitz all the way to Vladivostok had they treated their POWs humanely and started forming collaborator units out of any Russian who wanted to take a swing at the commies in summer of 1941 instead, but that would require them to not be Nazis.)

I remember it happening. He got so damn lucky. By the time any government officials could do anything, he was over international waters lmao. If he had said the queen though, he'd be turbo fucked.

Exactly. I think even the democrats had forgotten about this one. I hadn't seen them bring up Garcia in almost a month. Now it's fresh news again and, regardless of the truth, the optics is going to be that the Democrats and the Judges got their way.

It's amazing how many holes the official story of WW2-Cold War has when you realize Lindbergh and McCarthy were objectively correct about FDR and the domestic situation following the war.
