Of all the easy to disprove lies, why would Greer try that one?

I bet this winds up being an email from Hardin saying "please mail any checks to my office", and Greer never replied in 4 months to ask "how about a wire?"

Greee will say that he can't find the email but that it definitely happened and the court should just believe him because Hardin is mean to him.

You need the person's account number and their bank sort code, but it gives you concrete evidence of when and where the payment was made.

Hardin isn't going to give Greer EFT bank information and I suspect Hardin restricts EFT transactions to his client accounts. There is no reason to give Greee info and fraud is easier. Greer can have his bank mail a physical check to Hardin for free and with tracking. The bank will have all the same info as EFT. The secure alternative is a wire transfer but that's not typically free.

LMFAO....I didn't see that but your question made me run the filing through an analyzer. It extracted all the images it found and sure enough, you were correct!!!

I swear, British lawyers make you wait forever before they'll do so much as knock out a letter. She's not the only one. The last image @IamnottheNSA found and posted, has her website listed. She's a call girl out of San Franscisco, and her rates are not exactly Russ-friendly.




She does have a "tour date" in Las Vegas coming up, so maybe Russ is hoping to have a "business meeting" without driving 7 hours.


Edit: this was actually found in an exhibit Hardin included as part of ECF 239. It's from Greer's motion to intervene in Doe vs Lombardo, when he was trying to disbar the Plaintiff's lawyer. It looks like Hardin just downloaded it and included it separately as an exhibit, so it retained Greer's original submission... including the escort screencap underneath his petition exhibit.

This was on July 24, 2024, so I guess Greer was previously interested in Ms Kate's services, perhaps not currently.
