2025 Israel vs Iran War

Setting aside my own clear pro-Israel bias for a moment, Iran can go fuck itself, given how they literally center their entire political ideology around how evil America is, and how many Americans have died either directly or indirectly by Iran's own hand.
Unfortunately our Sunni gulf state "allies" seem to be the bigger killers of American citizens both at home and abroad than Iran and their proxies, albeit in a more indirect way.

Literally like 3.

On another note, just a comparison of the kind of damage the sides are inflicting on each other, by comparing the HEAVIEST air-to-ground missile Israel is using vs. the HEAVIEST missile Iran is launching at Israel.

ITT: Israel once again attacks another country and shills are out in full force defending them.

And for the record I couldn’t care less if Israel roasts Tehran in nuclear fire but Jews don’t get to cry “oy vey” and demand sympathy and support when they started the fight.
Imagine you are about to be glassed and you run to the kiwifarms to post about it from your bunker.

Talk to me when one of them gives a terrorist group a nuke and tells them to go set it off in the west because the woman don't cover their hair.
That just gives us cause to exterminate every last Arab man, woman, and child. Not a bad trade, in the grand scheme of things.

It's always funny to watch Western leftists like Hasan realize that first gen immigrant communities in the US that come from these authoritarian regimes invariably hate those regimes and are unbelievably pro-American, like the Russian Jews, Cubans, Persians, Vietnamese, and Venezuelans.
A huge development in my political growth was talking to a bunch of Vietnamese immigrants: vastly changed my perspective on the Vietnam War.

Iran did a very good job at basically pissing e everyone in the region off.

The Saudis and the Oil Sheikhdoms just want to pump gas and fuck bitches. War in the middle east makes it hard to pump the gas, and if they can't pump gas they have no money to fuck bitches.

Turkey wants to be big dog Sunni savior, but Iran propped up a whole bunch of Shia minorities and screwed with that idea for years. Even having the audacity to side with the Armenians, which as collateral damage also pissed off the Azeris.

Pakistan and Afghanistan likewise have had to deal with break away militias (supported by Iran on the down low) and so the Taliban and the Pakistanis are likewise totally ambivalent on what happens to Iran.

You would think being this diplomatically isolated and if not outright hated by all your neighbors you have no love lost with them, Tehran would work with a bit more tact. But no. The antagonize the USA at every turn, but worst of all overtly antagonize the Israelis who out of everyone in the middle east have a proven track record of responding to fighting talk by pulling out a gun and shooting.

There isn't going to be a regional war. That maybe could have happened had Iran still had its various militia groups in their stupid Axis of Resistance and Assad was still in charge in Damascus. Unfortunately everyone from Hezbollah to the Houthis have been demolished after two years of fighting Israel and Assad is eating Borscht in Russia now. Which means Iran is completely isolated.

It's legit over for them. The Jews won again.
I agree that it's probably over for them but I disagree that they misplayed things. They were up against what is at the current time an unstoppable world order under the US. There wasn't any sort of 4d chess statecraft that they could have employed outside of capitulating and becoming a de-facto client state like all other middle eastern countries, rather I'd say it's kind of impressive that they've prolonged that inevitable fate for as long as they have. This isn't to say that the Iranian regime had any sort of unique or admirable vision for itself outside of generally disagreeing with globohomo shit.

On paper it was like 7 v 1, in practice 2 v 1.
Morocco, Algeria Iraq and one of the other Arab countries allegedly jumped in and contributed some borderline meaningless quantity of troops. The Syrian and Egyptian armies were the real main fighting forces assaulting Israel, and the main sources of both command and logistical backing.
Some communist countries threw in troops to help the arabs too, but nothing significant.

Jordan threw its weight in late in the game, after Syria and Egypt had mostly been bloodied as a means of trying to force Israel to negotiate rather than go double-or-nothing for bigger gains against Syria and Egypt. Jordan also allegedly gave Israel warning that the Syrians were prepping for another chimpout beforehand, so the game the Jordanians playing was a very complicated one.

The three big ones were Syria, Egypt and Jordan though.

EDIT: Wait the 1973 war or the 1967 war?
Six-day War was 1967 and was Israel vs Egypt, Syria, Jordan, with minor players Iraq & Lebanon
Yom Kippor War was 1973 and was what I described above.
i was speaking of the former since its the one i heard the most about.

If you suddenly drop various forms of precautions because orange man said some shit then you deserve to get your shit pushed in. You can't run national security that way.
They had 4 rounds of diplomatic talks in Qatar with diplomatic missions sent from both sides.

I know you think diplomacy is done on Twitter, but really, it is not.
