I like the fist one.
Try blackstone, too!

Reminds me of droppers, by the way.

I forgot blackstone somehow. The bricks actually look neat, they have a similar texture to deepslate tiles but are darker. I might go with them.
And now that you mention it, it does look like a dropper, but this one's just a sample, the real thing's gonna be 111x111.

I have a Minecraft world where I kept mixing water and lava to put a new patch of grass and do it over again, then with the mixed water/lava under I make a new cave system, where I put moss blocks and vines to look abandoned, with a new items here and there like wood/trees to look more underground, I think personally its an interested idea for a co-op in survival, fighting mobbs while surviving underground

I think if I added stuff to mine it’d be like a cave, but it’s more for exploration than anything

geg this guy is becoming quite chuddy. I remember watching the discord mod one when he uploaded it. not very appealing to me but now he's doing ones about jihadi creepers and george droyd. I'm thinkin based zoomer.
"And Droyd's goal is, of course, to kill the only pregnant female in the game: the Ender Dragon."

Is 1.20.1 the newest 1.7.10 in terms of mod availability? I did want to try out the "realistic minecraft" modpack that is in 1.18, but I dislike the grindy aspects of it (I don't want to spend an hour trying to make a pickaxe and a bed). The mob AI is probably the best part of the pack, where dogs travel in packs and follow/run away from you as they attack. TerrafirmaHardRock is the modpack, but I can't find the video where it's two players fighting off a pack of wolves.

Not necessarily Minecraft-related, but within the voxel-based genre is Lay of the Land. The only issue I take with these minuscule voxel-based games is that I don't want to spend 4 hours etching out a block, but it looks more appealing than that other game I forget the name of:

Owing to it being the final version before [n+1 competing standards] by NeoForge, pretty much. A lot of version chasers are still rushing to Latest Major (1.21) though, so some mods that weren't quite finished yet on 1.20.1 may not ever be finished.
kinda like TC6 on 1.12 was now that i think about it

is it just me or minecraft players got tired of modloader drama faggotry ever since quilt and could not endure the gay shit that spawned neoforge? or minecraft players have hit a so-so phase with summer time coming up in a couple of days?

looks like it but for different reasons when you account for what the other kiwi said, lay of the land looks like it will get a few players here and there but then it will be forgotten about, especially since it's unreal engine, i'd take final for each's minecraft clone over anything made on unreal anytime of the day because unreal engine hates modding.

This one?
It's by Team Can't output Fucking Happenings and the last Thaum news anyone cared about was approaching a decade ago, so i'm not surprised that nobody here cared.
Mmh, fair. I can't be fucked to play newer versions back 1.20, and most of time I'm on 1.16, 1.12, and sometimes even 1.7.10 anyway so eh.

It looks deplorable. Wrong for a natural block for so many reasons.
but it is "realistic" and another palette for builders to handle with when building with deepslate, shame on you for being a nostalgia filled player to not like deepslate.
i mean they had shown their retardation with the sore thumbs that were granite and diorite...

It was called HardRock TerraFirmaCraft

I actually enjoy the ocean/mountain/cave updates, but that's about it. Basically every other thing that has been added has contributed to bloat and it's funny that I boot up 1.7.10 and instantly get a rush of dopamine not only from the nostalgia, but also from the simplicity. Buildings look awful across the board now with block vomit palettes that just don't work.

I believe people were seeing the writing on the wall for modloader bullshit ever since Quilt, Fabric was a warning but it gave enough positives for people to not give a shit. NeoForge is far too new for most people to care as well as not really having many "NeoForge exclusive" mods, which I don't see many in the future, even if NF will become more compatible with Fabric mods by way of built-in code or Sinytra Connector. Speaking of which, the CF page and the MR page state Forge and NeoForge respectively for some reason. Might be a sign that they'll drop Forge entirely for NF.
HardRock TerraFirmaCraft
Whoops, didn't read your full post so I missed it the first time.
What's the big ticket item on that one in particular for you?
Really it's just it being more updated but not as updated, no particular "big ticket item."
