divorce and go zero contact with anisa. try to save as much as possible of whatever assets and income i have left.
disappear from the internet entirely for at least several months.
during this time, go to a psychiatric hospital and have the doctors there taper me off any psych meds i am currently taking.
afterwards, return to the internet and try to spin the last 10 years into a narrative about how she abused me, she manipulated me, she got me hooked on psychiatric medication to control me, she fucked my whole life up, but now i have broken free and am myself again.

Tell Anisa there's a family emergency or something of the sort, go to them without her (they probably don't like her already, i don't recall Ian ever visiting with Anisa).

Tell the fam everything going on, how you don't feel like a person anymore, how you can't even speak up without Anisa there anymore, how she ruined your life and career, everything. Hopefully they're supportive enough, so you have a supportive system to lean on that isn't reddit upvotes or trannies on discord.

Get a lawyer. Don't tell Anisa, but start working towards getting a divorce. Whatever you lose is worth it for your peace, sanity and life back. Prepare a video where you're very vulnerable and talk about the abuse, manipulation and depression you went through. Only post it when away from Anisa and when you finally file for divorce. Mention how scary this is to you because of the reaction from her that will follow, but wish her all the best (concern trolling).

Stay off the interner for a while, besides watching the general public's reactions. Apologize to old friends privately and don't expect forgiveness or clout. Maybe go on a therapist podcast where the topic will be male / emotional abuse victims, where you share your experience. Hang out with friends behind the scenes.

Attempt to find your spark again, be creative and slowly return to youtube or streaming. Ignore Anisa lashing out and trying to ruin you. Appear to be healing and living your best life. Say the mention of your ex wife is triggering because of everything you went through, until you ease up in front of your audience and are able to make jokes about her or shit on her, before moving on completely.
