during this time, go to a psychiatric hospital and have the doctors there taper me off any psych meds i am currently taking.
afterwards, return to the internet and try to spin the last 10 years into a narrative about how she abused me, she manipulated me, she got me hooked on psychiatric medication to control me, she fucked my whole life up, but now i have broken free and am myself again.
