Edit: for the record I understand that the president's powers over the military, while ample, are not absolute and that Congress dictates when war is declared as well as funding, but come on Donnie, issue some orders to gtfo of these places even a little! Delay the shipments to Ukraine AT LEAST. (Just as an example)
