Nick legitimately thinks that we believe he has a secret "balldo army" that the feds are going to black bag and Melton is a part of

He does not actually believe this. He is just trying reducto ad absurdum as a propaganda tactic. If he can cast his opponents as eeeeevil or ridiculous, he looks comparatively better.
If the judge rejects the plea deal, would Aaron be allowed to change to "Not Guilty"?
Yes, the relevant cases were cited in the Nick legal thread. MN has law that allow retraction of a plea if the State fails to honor their side. This right is also on the plea agreement form in Kandiyohi.
I am very curious about that ethics charge. I wonder if anyone knows what it's about.I'm sure he hasn't said what it's about, publicly, because he seems to know it's valid.
@Useful_Mistake mentioned a pending complaint at some point that is unresolved.
Nick did address it flippantly weeks ago, but I would not trust his representations. Good job it is part of the public record if he is disciplined.
The judge would have to ignore it and inform both sides of the improper ex parte communication that could not be used to decide anything.
Amd they might go after them as they did with Ralph and send the police after them with a warrant.
He's actually pontificated on this exact scenario in the past. "What if I entered a bank and handed the teller a note asking politely for all the money?" Some sort of thought exercise on mens rea or something.
Nick joined the legal profession because he thinks he can use it hyper-technically to manipulate people. We have numerous examples like 'on the wall', 'I never promised payment for going on my show', and 'It was true when I said it' among others....
If I'm Imholte's lawyer I'm telling him to drop accepting the plea deal and 'let's go'. It could be the next meme trial over a consensual topless pic sent to one person who deleted it. Reiketa would be set for a new run of seethestreams and Aaron would be getting his goal everyday without all the grovelling.
That would make you Nick-tier of a barrister. Congratulations!
This shit again.

An unlimited subscription to LawLine costs $299 for a year. If he wanted to spend the time, he could catch up all his past CLEs AND do all his future ones for three hundred bucks. He wouldn't have to go anywhere; just play them on his phone whilevaccuuming the househuffing nitrous.

He's just a lazy fuck.
Nick lies. Obviously and laughably badly.
We proved there were grocery delivery services and maids in his area that Nick lamented did not exist and provided as excuses for lateness and cancelled shows
