Nick legitimately thinks that we believe he has a secret "balldo army" that the feds are going to black bag and Melton is a part of

View attachment 7539412

He does not actually believe this. He is just trying reducto ad absurdum as a propaganda tactic. If he can cast his opponents as eeeeevil or ridiculous, he looks comparatively better.

If the judge rejects the plea deal, would Aaron be allowed to change to "Not Guilty"?

Yes, the relevant cases were cited in the Nick legal thread. MN has law that allow retraction of a plea if the State fails to honor their side. This right is also on the plea agreement form in Kandiyohi.

I am very curious about that ethics charge. I wonder if anyone knows what it's about. 🤔 I'm sure he hasn't said what it's about, publicly, because he seems to know it's valid.

@Useful_Mistake mentioned a pending complaint at some point that is unresolved.

Nick did address it flippantly weeks ago, but I would not trust his representations. Good job it is part of the public record if he is disciplined.

The judge would have to ignore it and inform both sides of the improper ex parte communication that could not be used to decide anything.

Amd they might go after them as they did with Ralph and send the police after them with a warrant.

He's actually pontificated on this exact scenario in the past. "What if I entered a bank and handed the teller a note asking politely for all the money?" Some sort of thought exercise on mens rea or something.

Nick joined the legal profession because he thinks he can use it hyper-technically to manipulate people. We have numerous examples like 'on the wall', 'I never promised payment for going on my show', and 'It was true when I said it' among others....

If I'm Imholte's lawyer I'm telling him to drop accepting the plea deal and 'let's go'. It could be the next meme trial over a consensual topless pic sent to one person who deleted it. Reiketa would be set for a new run of seethestreams and Aaron would be getting his goal everyday without all the grovelling.

That would make you Nick-tier of a barrister. Congratulations!

This shit again.

An unlimited subscription to LawLine costs $299 for a year. If he wanted to spend the time, he could catch up all his past CLEs AND do all his future ones for three hundred bucks. He wouldn't have to go anywhere; just play them on his phone while vaccuuming the house huffing nitrous.

He's just a lazy fuck.

Nick lies. Obviously and laughably badly.

We proved there were grocery delivery services and maids in his area that Nick lamented did not exist and provided as excuses for lateness and cancelled shows

This bum paid $75k for a worthless painting of the Joker, but he's sweating $2,000 (actually $300) for a law license? Nigger rich is an understatement with this faggot.

Also, gotta love the tacit admission that the ethics complaint could very well be valid and cost him his law license... if he had one. If he was convinced that it was frivolous, it wouldn't be a factor in his decision whatsoever.

The thing to remember is that Nick has no irl friends. He’s likely pissed off a few communities (Church and local law community) and he’s pissed off his in-laws. It’s why he’s so embedded into the Dabbleverse, Yellowflash and the Lawtube people told him to go fuck himself. He has very few Internet friends that aren’t gross pedophiles.

Aaron's post-plea statements of guilt on STMS would fuck him hard in this scenario, unless he could successfully disallow inclusion into evidence based, but that is a hard sell.

I agree with you, this ethics complaint must have teeth if he is outright refusing to complete CLEs until resolved.

Not getting his license back ASAP is particularly foolish because the longer it's lapsed, the more edgy they are about reinstating it. But he doesn't want to do CLEs because that's work.

He had no business having an active license to begin with. He wasn't practicing and he wasn't keeping up with the state of affairs. He'd be a danger to clients.

Worse, the facts are probably really embarrassing and would end in public discipline, humiliating this cuck even further.

I'd honestly sooner defend myself pro se. In some fantastical scenario where Nick was my representation, he'd definitely fuck it up worse than if I tried it myself.
But, it wouldn't be some "sketchy but impressive" Saul Goodman shit, it would be straight up incompetent.

There's a corollary to anyone acting as his own lawyer has a fool for a client. It's "unless your other choice is Nitrous Nick." Since he'd just no-show anyway, being on a drug binge, and you'd end up representing yourself anyway.

That whole family must be fucking possessed by demons. Good thing, too. The children can crawl on the ceiling and so aren't bothered by the floor being a garbage dump.

Just for shits and giggles, I looked up a print of a Joker poster on Etsy and found one. Even trying to make it as expensive as humanly possible where you can get it at a size of like 4 and a half feet by 9 feet it is less than $3.5k, without the sale.

Good work to that artist though, fleecing this idiot.

My reaction to these images is what I can only describe as "Wow, That's What I Call Shrinkage!".

On that note, revisiting my comment from some days ago wondering about Nick's ability/inability to continue to pay Randazza: If Randazza did the official thing and exited due to Mr Green's absence, where does that leave Nick? Who would he be able to afford? Would anyone want to pick up the mess or would they just be happy to be paid and carry it forward regardless of success--assuming he could pay them at all.

And if he can't afford to pay anyone, where does that leave him? Is there an operative difference in court between pro se representation and being an actual lawyer with an actual legitimate license representing yourself?

I'm assuming he'll come up with the money for someone, either through some parental funds or perhaps earning the money on his knees, because if Nick were to go pro se, and lose to Montagraph, I don't think his psyche could handle it.

Not really, although he couldn't represent the LLC that is also a defendant. The only real difference is you wouldn't have a license to lose although you could end up disbarred instead of just suspended, I suppose, and the fact you had a law license you lost would mean you were both legally educated and couldn't manage to keep your license in good standing.

This might come up if you tried a Greer "but I'm just a poor little retard" defense if you did something sketchy.

Only 100 more pages until we reach the historic 10,000 page mark. What do you think we should do to celebrate? This will be a first for the site.
DSP is the King of Hate and he breached the 10,000 page limit years ago. We should crown Nick to acknowledge him as the King of Cuckoldry.
