Some clips.
The prosecutor said Aaron has shown reckless behavior throughout the case and that the violations are more than enough to cross the line of harassment. Nick says the made 3 police reports because they only just recently got the probation people's number. She seems gets multiple emails on a daily basis.
If this was an ongoing issue why wasn't Aaron contacted/admonished earlier?
Aaron's lawyer wants the transcript of the plea hearing to consider options. Nick says Aaron's plea under oath could be used in a trial.
I assume if there is a fragment of the plea left he'll take it since Aaron calling himself a "bully" will likely catch himself the "harassment" felony.
Celeste had a similar viral infection to Nick so she gave him the pills.
Sounds like the bodycam notes are authentic since we wouldn't of known this otherwise, thanks Nick!
Someone wants to know if civil lawsuits are coming. Melton says no comment (he may of been told, he briefly mentioned having a private conversation when everyone was heading to their car). Aaron said Nick fed his daughter cocaine and then said he didn't actually believe it, "that was dumb!" Does not explicitly say he is suing but does look back at Kayla before talking about a restraining order.
Stearns county's work makes Kayla feel like her "voice is heard rather than snuffed out".
Included because Kayla said something along the lines of 'feeling invisible' during her Joker rant (years ago), so he may be using that language to encourage her to push forward with the suits.
More civil suit talk at the end. Aaron used his position to make people believe the cocaine consumption by the kid was true. Nick says several people believe such an absurd thing. Aaron has called Nick an addict and called anger an addiction. Nick agrees that anger is an addiction.
He did not say he is an anger addict
