Mestinon is an FDA-approved treatment for MG, it's true...but wikipedia notes that it's also used off-label for POTS and EDS.

Interestingly, it's got a list of side effects as long as your arm, and one of the big ones is needing to pee constantly. Oh, and it's thought by many people to be the culprit in Gulf War Syndrome, since it was given to soldiers to counteract certain nerve agents.

That whole tweet storm had the feel of a desperate woman in an adderall binge finding what she thinks is the lifeline excuse to get her out of all of her problems. It clearly didn't work, but Vicky isn't ready to let go of the grift just yet. It didn't fool the ER or NYU, but it might fool bluesky just enough that she can doordash some more bed mayo

Is there any video of Vicky besides that Ted talk as a teen? The lack of visual documentation is one reason I thinks she’s mostly online role play and fantasy in her bedroom. There is so little photo or video evidence otherwise. Yes, she rolled out in full munch gear for that homeless NYU tranny story, but that’s an outlier. She occasionally post selfies but it’s very limited compared to your average online munchie who loves to visually document their fake illnesses. She doesn’t even photo document ER trips or hospital admissions like a fancy holiday. It’s all just tweeting, with an occasional photo. Or even stranger she goes silent when she’s supposedly in the hospital for days. No sad hospital bed selfies. No thumbs up photo after her third resuscitation of the day.

I think now most of this shit is just an online roleplay to maintain her Rx drugs and NYC apt. She’s incredibly lazy and mostly just stays in beds, takes drugs, orders take out and stares at her screens. She does whine to doctors and tortures her parents, but if it’s not doable via her phone or computer she’s probably not going to bother. She probably accomplishes a lot via text and email simply because doctors would rather avoid dealing with her in person when possible (this probably applies to her family too).

This thread is only a year old and from what I can find she’s erased a lot of her online footprint. Munchies are always DFE types. I’d love to read her old Tumblrs. But I’m curious how much she used to post of herself vs now. Some munchies love to show off being hideous but Vicky doesn’t seem to revel in it like some. She will post her mug when necessary but seems to avoid it. I’d bet she avoids mirrors for that matter.

Victoria's story is that her maternal great-grandmother was Jewish but hid her Jewish identity after "escaping" to Uruguay at some unspecified period around WWII, pretending to be Catholic her whole life after that. Which makes zero sense because Uruguay has had a thriving Jewish community (centered in the same city her maternal family is from!) for over a century, and there is zero reason she would have had to suddenly pretend to be Catholic there out of fear of her own safety.

Man, T did not change her voice all that much. She doesn't even sound like a teen boy. She sounds like a woman with an alto voice. I've had good female friends with lower and more manly voices. Every single gesture and intonation is unmistakably female. There's absolutely zero masculinity. She sacrificed her looks and health, and not only does she not "pass," she's no closer to passing than literally any ugly woman with hair loss.

The voice she uses is so annoying. That "I'm CONSTANTLY AMAZED and WOW and FUCK" and then the growly 'so...much...shit' stuff. It's extremely TikTok and extremely stupid. Also 100% female-coded. She whines and whines with a smile on her face. There's this weird thing people like her do, where they deliberately make their facial expressions and tone sound like they're laughing and confident when their words are furious lashing out. It's disturbing. It looks psycho.

The "anger with a smile" is something of a specialty of hers, seeing that video about Holocaust comparisons. That must have been how she always talked to her parents. You can see the same psycho bullshit in the Dave Muscato thread. Actually upon having seen video of them both, they remind me more and more of each other all the time.
