Just a summary of Stallyn19’s clip (PreserveTube) of the members-only livestream of Melton’s show, for those interested:
Based on the way the petition was written, Rekieta believes Todd Peterson was not responsible for this HRO. Rekieta boasts about being knowledgeable on HROs because he has had to argue them in court multiple times.
[0:14] “All he got is that
I [Rekieta] shall have no direct or indirect contact with petitioner. There is nothing that says that I cannot talk about him. Although I am, of course, not going to talk about him [...]. As soon as this is done, you know, I'm going to talk very candidly about what happened.” [...] “He [Aaron] is about to learn what it’s like to go in and actually have to answer for what you say.”
[2:03] Rekieta discusses how Aaron “accused” him of asking multiple people to file police reports against him. Rekieta says: “There are two problems with that. One, I [Rekieta] have not asked people to make police reports on your show after the court hearing [...]. I said what was relayed to me — that if people are making reports, it is helpful to have a timestamp and a date, and perhaps a link to the original stream. [...] I didn’t ask people to submit those; people are submitting those — that’s not my request.”
[4:20]
Rekieta explains that he received this HRO from the sheriff not long before he tweeted about it. He claims that Aaron accuses him of criminal actions almost daily, allegedly trying to get Rekieta’s probation revoked. He strongly asserts that Aaron will soon learn such behavior is unacceptable — implying potential legal consequences.
[7:07] Rekieta reiterates: “I do not request anyone to contact him. I never have done that. I have never asked anyone to interfere with his life. [...] I have no desire, nor have I had any desire, to contact him in well over a year. I do not want to speak to him. I do not want to address him. I talk about him on occasion on Twitter. [...] I have no interest in talking to him or being near him or anything else.”
[8:41] Rekieta says his efforts are actually aimed at making Aaron stop talking about Kayla, stating that she is a private person who hasn’t been online since 2002 — though he immediately corrects himself, noting it was actually 2022.
[9:35] He reads from the petition, which alleges that Rekieta has appeared on numerous YouTube livestreams encouraging viewers to report Aaron to law enforcement, and that he has gathered people in public places to harass or intimidate Aaron (claims which Rekieta immediately denies). He states that when he went to Aaron’s boxing club, the first thing he did was check if Aaron’s car was in its usual spot to ensure he wasn’t there (he remembers where Aaron usually parks, very weird). During his attempt to disprove any intent to harass, Rekieta says that when he was at Stoney’s, he would leave if Aaron was there. He also notes that Kayla was with him and Melton on that occasion.
[13:37] Rekieta says the petition cites two specific incidents to justify the HRO:
his appearance on Melton’s show on May 25th, and
a text dated 04/11/2024 in which he allegedly told Aaron to kill himself after Aaron refused to come over his house. Rekieta disputes this characterization.
[14:24] He insists that he never encouraged others to report Aaron to the police — but then adds that even if he had, it would have been within his rights.
[18:28] He continues reading from the petition: “Respondent used the victim’s personal information without consent to invite, encourage or solicit a third party to engage in a sexual act with the victim, as follows [...] from April 11th, 2024 to November 10th, 2024 [...]” — referring to accusations that Rekieta accessed Aaron’s Google account without authorization and published search history and financial information on his X account. Rekieta says he doesn’t remember posting any financial data (but does not deny the search history).
[19:39] Rekieta claims this move by Aaron was a serious misstep, as it now allows Rekieta to file discovery requests: “Maybe who he’s talked about me with and what he said in private messages about me and Kayla. [...] And the judge may be interested in what comes out of a discovery request from this case. [...] I’m sure there are probably other YouTubers and such who are speaking behind the scenes and giving advice. And it’d be interesting to see what he said to close friends of his about a certain person — maybe, you know, Geno Bisconti and Keanu.”
[21:05] Rekieta speculates that Aaron filed the petition without the help of a lawyer and asserts that this HRO is unwise and ill-advised.
