He's been repeatedly addressing him in the second person as "you." That doesn't fly.
large portions of the video featured a non moving chat as well, so this was basically a personal video blog he filmed and published online specifically for aaron imholte to view because almost nobody else is ever going to see it. really reminded me of a creepy guy who was forced to stop following his ex wife around town after she met somebody new, so he goes and posts a video on his facebook directed at her to get her attention. im not a lawyer but what i saw last night really, really should be a violation LOL

I couldn't use current archives of yesterday's members-only stream because my code couldn't handle the low resolution and the stream snipe not being fullscreen. However, here are Rekieta's SuperTips results from June 2025:
m going forth with screencapping all the Aaron AI Supertips from Nick's streams. If @Third World Aristocrat has a more efficient way to do it, excellent. If not, it takes me about 5-10 min/stream to find them all. If it's helpful to Aaron's HRO, so be it. (He should also be looking up @daffodils posts with all of Nick's chats from NLO - there are hundreds of chats and 70% of them were about Aaron.)

I have a 1080p archive that I am currently downscaling from 8 Gb.

Is there a minimum resolution that is workable?

I will see how small 720p gets and probably upload a local copy in 480p.

What fucking appeal? Short of having a gun to your head when you signed it, there is NO APPEAL you ignorant fucking faggot.

Nick says he can appeal without jeopardising his plea deal. I don't believe it. Ot sound judiciary uneconomical.

If there is, that means we are operating under maritime law, right?

Side Note: I’m very far behind on Nick and I’m really, really trying not to ask dumb questions. But everyone be forewarned, I may be too stupid and lazy to avoid this.

Check the OP. It is up to date within the last 3-4 months, but feel free to ask for specifics.

I am due for an OP update soon.

For every action, there's an intake of whippits followed by an equal and opposite overreaction

At first I thought he wanted the compilation of Aaron to be sent to the judge to somehow prove that Aaron shouldn't get the HRO because he's been talking about Nick non-stop. It felt counterintuitive and kinda crazy to me that he would put a bounty out on it - but I'm not a lawyer so maybe I just don't know what one is allowed to do within the boundaries of a temporary HRO.
But then the dumb idiot decides to stream this compilation live and seethe about it for hours on end, so now I'm thinking he is willing to break his own HRO in the hopes of baiting Aaron to respond? I can't think of any other reason for him to do such an insane own goal otherwise.

720p works fine for me. At 480p and below, the OCR starts misreading too many elements, which causes issues further down the line.

This "Kayla shut off from the internet in 2002 2022" thing got me thinking. Wasn't the end of 2022 when Kayla withdrew from locals, after the ass-bottle-gate fiasco? And didn't Nick shortly after get that stupid "I Will Be Us" tattoo? Why would he misremember that date, or at least year? Was it a red letter date people were like, "Oh yeah, that's when Kayla went totally Komatose!"
Correct.

She came back briefly for the hot tub stream after they hooked up with Aaron and April, but her Internet presence otherwise dropped off considerably once it became clear there was degen shit going on on Locals, and this thread was moved out of Multimedia. That is to say, late 2022.

Remember, one of the most common bullshit things in courts is these low key restraining order things for wife beaters and weirdoes in general. Most judges cut their teeth with their first jobs on the bench being assigned to these shitty family court and minor crime dockets. Almost no judges actually like this shit, so they get out of it as soon as they can.

Of those who remain in this field, they're much like public school teachers. Either they're absolute idiots who can't manage to get out of it, or actually altruistic heroes who want to do work for the damned.

In any event, though, while most judges do not WANT to be handling cases like this, pretty much anyone on the bench actually HAS had to handle cases like this. Mental retards like Nickhole don't realize that pretty much any judge on the bench has encountered an absolute faggot like himself, and they know ALL their stupid little tricks.

All these white trash and other colored trash like Nickhole think they've found the one weird trick that makes violating a restraining order completely okay, and they're all wrong.

County jails are full of retards like Nickhole who thought they knew better.

Nick will refuse to compensate people that spend hours of their time streaming on his channel helping him make millions, but will always compensate people for compiling every time Aaron's mentioned him.

I noticed that Nick has included Aaron's Twitter account in the reply. Doesn't that count as contacting Aaron?

Lol

Ah, there's where he got the "40000+" figure, some retard on twitter. True expert lawyer work there Nicky.

Seems to forget that it's Aaron's life experience that Aaron is talking about and that's the dangers of starting a polycule. Nick literally wants Aaron to shut up about his own life, just because it had Nick in it for a while. Pathetic "libertarian".

My code automatically captures a screenshot for every Super Tip it detects, so I do have screencaps starting from May 5th onward. However, I don’t have any from his members-only stream yesterday.
Here they are. I believe it's comprehensive. No Aaron Supertips. (Nick may have removed his voice; I haven't checked.)

Quality sucks bc it was from SparselyFarcical's (now privated) snipe, but you can make out the #s, mostly.

Note, I think the snipe was a few minutes late there may have been a couple more.

So,: 5+5+3+3+15+15+36(?)+10+20 (I can't make this one out) = About $112.00 Supertip dollars.

These 2 may be a RumbleRants? No AI voice.

1751212284695.webp
1751212357563.webp
1751212392080.webp
The following in PPP voice is all one Supertip:
1751212480765.webp
1751212513849.webp

1751212535116.webp
1751212567450.webp
1751212594834.webp
1751212651485.webp
1751212715870.webp
Edited to include @elb 's catching of an Aaron's AI Supertip from early in the stream (I assume).

This might amount to nothing, but this "lawyer" sure likes to play dangerously close to the line of indirect contact, doesn’t he?

I'll ask @AnOminous @FuhrerMustang for comment, but did not Depp argue that not untagging someone in a re-tweet was harassment and contact?

ETA: I think I also recall something like this in the Vic case.

No, he's actually directly contacted him at this point. It's a clear violation. Don't @ me bro.

What an idiot.
I'll ask @AnOminous @FuhrerMustang fuh
This dumb motherfucker didn't just cross the line, he moonwalked back and forth across it while flipping off the judge with both hands.

Interestingly enough, the plea agreement does not contain a waiver of the right of appeal, only an admission that Nick was counseled that appealing would "probably" be "useless and a waste of [Nick's] time and the court's."

But hey, it's only "probably" useless Nick, so I think you should go for it!

You always have the RIGHT to appeal to the state's intermediate appellate court. That does not imply any chance of it actually having a positive result, outside of an exceedingly narrow set of reasons. Generally, plea bargains are not appealable. The exceptions are few.

Finishing the case in the interests of "judicial economy," among other things, is WHY plea bargains even happen. If any retard (and by "retard" I mean "Nick") can just take a plea and then have second thoughts, there wouldn't be much point in having them, now, would there?

There was 1 Aaron Supertip that I caught. He also directly addressed Aaron Supertips a bit after saying he’d prefer people didn’t use him, but… (I don’t remember what else he said, someone else will have to look if they’re interested)

Edit: Nick addressing it

Is Minnesota that committed to protecting the rights of absolute garbage?

I would be very cross if I knew my taxes were being allowed to be wasted by a faggot on a hopeless appeal just because the public servants have not locked in an airtight deal.

That’s true. However, Rekieta has already expressed that, in his view, good lawyering involves raising every possible argument that could help defend a client and seeing what sticks.

Oof, directly contacting former lover who got an HRO against you.
Lucky for Nick he is allowed to commit anything and everything without consequences in the bum-fuck Minnesota.
