It continues to amaze me that Mr. Greee continues to privately ligate why he shouldn't have to pay the fines because of Hardin's alleged business ruination.

Unfortunately Mr.Greee, it's not relevant to the case at hand, feel free to sue Hardin though for defamation so he can whoop you twice.

I just had a very funny thought.

This sounds like someone who has either never sent a wire before, or at least hasn't sent one from this particular bank. So he may not have seen the fees banks charge for wires. And Russ gets very upset about standard business transaction costs.

Usually banks offer something like a 3-5 day wire transfer, and a same-day transfer. In the digital age 3 day transfers are usually cheap, like $10, sometimes even free if you have a premium account with a big bank. Same-day transfers are more expensive, I've seen $25-$40, and are used for timing-specific transactions like buying a house or paying an auction.

Even though he's had the ACH info since Jun 10, Russell "you will have it at 11:59 PM" Greer may have waited until the last minute to try paying. That would force him to do a same-day transfer, which if he did it after 5 PM, may not have cleared on the same day and got bumped to the next business day (Tuesday). And he would be very upset about the extra cost... maybe to the point where he holds off on doing it, just like he did on the discovery document.

🌈 we may get a plightsperg about how the court was "unaware" of the $30 cost of doing an ACH transfer 🌈

I just pray this is the final straw and the judge has enough to dismiss this ridiculous case outright. However, I fully expect Russ to pull some shit and say yuh honah I done goofed up again and sent the money to the wrong person. Gimme a few weeks to get it back and send to The Devil Himself Mr. Hardin.
WHat confuses me more is that the court doesn't sanction Greer to pay the court itself for his recalcitrance, completely independent on whatever Hardin demands

JFC what is wrong with America, in Europe one-day transfers are just free. Are you telling me that every salary, fee or purchase costs you either 10$ in banking fees or 3% in credit card fees?

He likely hasn't done a wire before. I also don't think he payed. Not one red cent for Joshua Conner Moon. Let the sanctions roll.

Expected, but LOL anyway, nice work Shitlips :story:

Am I being overly worrisome, or should Hardin have redacted his account and routing numbers? That’s usually a lethal combination for check fraud…

I am 100% certain that this is an account created solely for receiving money on Null's behalf. Since Greee hasn't paid anything, the account should be completely empty.

Josh is never treated fairly of course, but to just keep saying "PAY THIS NEXT TIME OR IT'S $500 MORE AGAIN!" is at this point ludicrous. It will never end and Josh will continue to be spending while this game of chicken goes on. if they're going to continue to tard guard giving him one more chance to pay with the extra $500 and if he doesn't it's dismissal.
It depends on what happens now that Greer has not paid. If the District Judge increases the amount of money by a significant amount or even dismisses the case then I think that would be perfectly fine. But if he does another $500 and another month to pay it that would be tard-guarding.

Personally I'd do interest for example every day Greer doesn't pay the sanctions accrue 1% interest. After a month that would be 2021.77, but after a year of not paying that would be 56,675.15. This is great because the judge doesn't have to deal with motion after motion but Greer is still punished for every day he doesn't pay.

Interesting. The most recent email from Greer was three solid weeks ago. Radio silence since then, apparently.

Probably unrelated, but as I shared in the main thread a few days ago, it appeared our boy was trying to find a room to rent. I wonder if he's going on the lam to avoid collections.

🚨BROKE ASS BITCH ALERT🚨

View attachment 7583133
For the crime of being a broke-ass bitch this e-court orders that Greer serve a Whole-Life sentence of drooling on yourself all day like a retard!

He was never going to pay, but I'm quite interested in seeing what the Judge will do now that he's been so flagrantly disobeyed, again.
Maybe the judge is into those unconventional punishments where he offers the, well I guess plaintiff in this case LOL, a deal to do something goofy or go to jail. I know that shit has it's own issues in general and this is a civil case of all things, but let the dreams flow. A court mandated MATI stream where Russ is hooked up to a polygraph and a body language dude observing him. I know both are woowoo, but I'll give in and believe everything.

I think business accounts usually get free ACH, or a very minimal charge. Individual consumer checking and savings accounts (like I assume Russ has) usually don't get charged for sending one, but they aren't guaranteed to have it clear immediately.

Wire transfers are different from ACH, they're used for specific purposes and are more expensive because they bypass the low-cost payment processors. It's banks talking directly to other banks on a priority queue, instead of waiting for your transaction to clear a nightly or weekly batch clearance queue. I would be very surprised if the EU banks didn't charge for wires.

Another aspect is that Russ says he is with an e-bank, those places are usually great for lightweight checking and mobile access, but always stack on fees for additional services. So even if he could do some of these transfers for free, he couldn't do one last minute and have it guaranteed to get in yesterday.

I wonder if there is a cheaper alternative?
Look at this crazy Kiwi Farmer, suggesting Russ trust a fly by night operation like the US Postal Service. Not gonna defraud our special boy like that!

Prepare for surprise then, within the EU I have never encountered fees for ordinary wire transfers after all it is just a number.

Many free bank accounts also offer free, instant wire transfers, I curently have three bank accounts which were all free and offer free instant SEPA payments

Judge is, clearly, still not aware it will cost Greer 87 dollars and the documents are irrelevant. If only he knew!
If there's anything Judges love, it's being called a dumb asshole because of things they are perfectly aware of. He's really trying to gaslight this "irrelevancy" point into legitimacy despite the fact that he was the one who fucking brought it up and said it was absolutely relevant while he was chimping out. Anybody with 2 braincells to rub together knows that obtaining court documents from a court is likely to have a cost implication. Maybe if he reserved his storage space for a repository of his many many legal actions instead of pornographic screenshots, the document would've been easier to retrieve.

to just keep saying "PAY THIS NEXT TIME OR IT'S $500 MORE AGAIN!" is at this point ludicrous.
The "no more extensions on payment deadlines" bit rings hollow. The recalcitrance will continue until dismissal. Actually, it will continue beyond that. :story:

VAT makes up for the bank fees you dont have.

Also those are not usually wires, but a different real time settlment system from what a Euro banker told me.

I've had euro clients pay inbound wire fees when getting a wire from the US.

The thing is this entire conversation is moot. Rusty has a variety of cheap and easy ways to send money, he just doesn't want to.

I can't wait to see what magic word excuse he conjures. Will it be a goof? Him being careful? Excusable neglect? Will he say it was an accident and he's sorry (or whatever he usually says when he got caught and forced to answer)? Will it be because he shouldn't have to pay because this is a copyright case and he's going to appeal up to the 10th circuit anyways? Or will he try to relitigate the sanction again and request to pay a bond? Who knows. So many possibilities.
