So will he say he didn't pay because it's not fair again or will he be dumb enough to try and claim he did and Hardin is lying about not getting it?
Both. He'll cry poor and submit a zoomed in screenshot of a bank balance of $3.50 on his phone and say he needed that money to rent a room, does the court really want him to be homeress when that dang ol Hardin doesn't even deserve the money?

He's going to try and claim he used the wrong routing number since Hardin clarified.

He will be unable to show any records a payment was made when asked.

Judge will understand this excusable neglect.

I can't wait to see what magic word excuse he conjures. Will it be a goof? Him being careful? Excusable neglect? Will he say it was an accident and he's sorry (or whatever he usually says when he got caught and forced to answer)? Will it be because he shouldn't have to pay because this is a copyright case and he's going to appeal up to the 10th circuit anyways? Or will he try to relitigate the sanction again and request to pay a bond? Who knows. So many possibilities.
I actually am I kind of stunned that he did not pay, there is also a slim chance that he did pay but too late.

If he did not pay at all there is also a chance for some really lunatic rambling here.

Russel could argue that when Hardin filed the status report, the money could have already been on it's way if he had paid it. So in that case Russel paying not at all and him paying late would be the same.
So at this point we might just assume that Russel just paid late instead of not at all and that is just a goof and excusable.
Nevermind of course that he did not pay at all, but Hardin didn't know that when filing the status report!

Why would a free preview remove his rights as the copyright holder
It doesn't automatically, but the whole point of copyright is to defend your own ability to make money off your work. Offering your work to the entire public for zero charge, completely unrestricted, negates the whole point. You are also supposed to rigorously defend your copyright. That's why the music industry is so spastic and will go after Youtubers for playing 30 seconds of a song. Giving away your work to the entire world is pretty much the opposite of that. And lastly, as others have said, in order to sue for infringement, you have to prove you've lost income. How can you have damages for something you're giving away for free?

Also, Netflix isn't free, Netflix pays creators to add their work to Netflix's repository, and then you as a customer pay Netflix for access to their library.

Edit: To be clear, the preview wasn't just a preview, it was his entire book
I just checked. It isn't available for free. It likely hasn't been free for years now. It is, however, $2.99.
According to this post, it was still avaliable in March of 2024. So 4 years into this shit show.

Anyways, of course Rat Mouth didn't pay. The only question is if the cuck judge will actually add the $500 he said he would, or if he'll hold Shit Lips hand yet again and be a lying cuck judge.

He is seeking statutory damages to which is he entitled as of law. That said, numerous courts within the United States have opinioned that nevertheless statutory damages when awarded should have some relation to actual damage suffered. See, for example, my post here:

I just had a very funny thought.

This sounds like someone who has either never sent a wire before, or at least hasn't sent one from this particular bank.

One of the funniest aspects of Russ, is his never-ending ability to totally fuck up the most common of phrases and terms.

To the shock of absolutely nobody, here we are again, barring some sort of transfer delay.
Still not ripe to dismiss, though. Right, district judge? Maybe he hasn't wiped his ass with your orders quite enough yet.
I think another sanction will fix this!

Even the court is so oblivious as to what's going on in the case that they have started to believe Russhole is the defendant.
Is this a good or a bad thing? I like to think it's a good thing because it means subconsciously the court is looking at Shitlips like he's the one who got dragged into court over something he (allegedly) did.

Interesting. The most recent email from Greer was three solid weeks ago. Radio silence since then, apparently.

Probably unrelated, but as I shared in the main thread a few days ago, it appeared our boy was trying to find a room to rent. I wonder if he's going on the lam to avoid collections.

Would these be these same niggeronis who beat up Patrick and stole his phone?

So how soon do we expect the judges to act in this latest example of Russhole standing on their desks and pissing in their faces?

Will they give a day or so to allow for a late delivery to come through before ordering a new sanction of $1500 and deadline with further consequences, or just let it sit with everything else until D-Day next week?

You would think that with judges having the reputation of taking the respect or lack thereof of their courtroom very seriously that they would drop the hammer swiftly, but past experience with both of these judges makes me think they will sit on it until they address everything in one lump.

I'm not sure who I'm more excited to hear from first. The judge or Greee. I am so excited to hear what excuse he has for not paying. I'm hoping he goes full retard and just tells the judge he's never gonna pay.

Nah this time it was a fat man with a black mustache and a white beard and a guy who wouldn't stop talking about cheese and debanking.
