Stop Killing Games (EU edition) - Moldman vs. Publishers

  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
We still need a significant number of signatures, but maybe, just maybe it's reachable. I don't even care about vidya anymore, but this is pro consumer, and i want to see insufferable fags like pirate software and that schizo faliszek guy get dunked on. It's interesting how pretty much everybody who's against it are know-it-all retards who mislead and do not understand what this whole initiative is about.
If this rate is sustainable, we will reach the 1 million signatures requirement next week. If it somehow lasted the entire month, we'd have over 1.7 million signatures, more than enough to cover the hole - and for all we know, if 1.5 million legit signatures were used, maybe that actually gets the EU bigwigs to treat this as a legitimate issue as opposed to an issue easily dismissable. Sadly, THAT I have no hope for - but hopefully Ross gets the boost he needs to ensure he has enough signatures to pass this through.

It just passed 700k.

If your ideology involves not seizing power in a system where everyone else is attempting to do so constantly, then you've already lost at the outset
there is a thing called controlled opposition and some ideologies are implemented as C.O to ensure people from a similar aligning ideology play by said controlled op moves, it's very yiddish.
also i must quote a known monkey philosopher for calling out lolbertarianism as a controlled op.

Mods and Jannies on 4chan, have actively started to sabotage SKG threads on /v/ by bumplocking, moving them to /pol/, deleting and letting them get spammed with CP and also banning users making SKG threads.

While the removal of threads seems to have slowed down, an increase in removals is noticeable in the later hours of the day (European time)

I just now stumbled across this rather extensive compilation that serves really well to share the perspective of this whole thing from a long-time viewer of Ross's videos, like myself.
I've had thoughts of making something like this too, but I couldn't imagine something so comprehensive yet succinct.
I can confidently say, without any explanation or context for any future readers of this thread, most of us gamers care about all of our fingers.

Terminal case of contrarianism. You cannot have good conversations on that site anymore, it's all just endless shitposts, baitposts or unironic spam. Even if you're having a decent conversation, who are you talking to? Often times, redditors and social media tourists, that's who the average 4channer is now alongside incredibly mentally ill people who belong nowhere else or BBC discord server groomer trannies who have been confirmed to make up a large portion of several boards, notably /gif/.

Even if /v/ at large supported SKG, janny trannies would shut it down anyways, just like when the site was celebrating NeoGaf splitting in two or TCRF meltdown a while back.
It's been that way on /v/ since early 2010's. Exact reason why moot created /vr/ in 2013. And like a plague, /vr/ also suffers the same exact issues /v/ does for years now with bots, shitposters, schizos ect.

Though on the other hand, /v/ has enforced a rule since Gamergate about no activism allowed on the board. The problem is that its completely inconsistent when its invoked and is just one of many minor issues in a grander problem of the site being absolutely neglected since moot left a decade ago in 2015. Should've stayed dead back in April tbh.

I mean, we all (by all I mean anyone slightly 4chan adjacent) saw the janny list, it should not be surprising. Also lol at the people getting pissy about people being upset that their video game related threads are being moved to /pol/ because the resident jannytranny thinks not wanting games to die is too political. Yeah, glad I slowly stopped using 4chan entirely.

I couldn't care less about /v/ but /vr/ going to absolute shit around the time 6th gen games were allowed to be discussed there really bothers me. I dunno what's worse, the influx of zoomer fags making 50cent and Shadow the Hedgehog threads for le lulz or the absolute worst kind of retro tranny jannies straight from TCRF lording over it

I just think psychologically it's easier to get people to sign as it gets closer to the goal. The hashtag campaign probably helped too.
I saw a couple people in this thread saying they were going to try to set up bots for signatures. I hope this count is filtering out the fake ones and those don’t cause any issues.

82K signatures and counting from today alone? Did something happen?
Ross decided to make a video directly calling out Mald for being a lying faggot.
Moist decided to take the info in that video and shit on Mald while promoting SKG.
Many other big YouTubers have seized the opportunity to shit on Mald while being perceived as the morally good guys for supporting SKG.

I can say with complete certainty that no one is botting signatures, and it is 100% impossible to do so.
Even though it is literally impossible, no one should attempt to bot signatures.
SKG does not need bots because it has PewDiePie.

The Internet's hatred for Mald will be the driving force behind SKG's success.
Just trust in the power of hate.

come on...

The goal for the UK petition has been reached. However, if you are a UK citizen or resident who hasn’t signed it yet, please do so.
Some signatures may be discarded if they are found to be invalid, so having a strong safety margin is important.
ross should mention that in his incoming video, even if the target margin was attained there should be more votes to it because it will show how stronklly people want this bill passed.
