A ban from all whorehouses in the state of Nevada until the sanctions are paid?
I've said before that Hardin should file an injunction against Russ seeing anymore hookers until sanctions are paid, making him specifically the only man in Nevada for whom prostitution is illegal!

I ANAL, but I'm sure there's some legal precedent for stopping outrageous spending by people ordered to pay debts/fines/sanctions, like not getting to buy a Ferrari and then say "Oops! Now I'm suddenly too broke to pay the award!"

The only difference is Russ proudly blows thousands on hookers instead

I'm pretty sure the Hookers are capable of doing that on their own. And have largely Black Balled Greee.

I've seen more than once people saying that Bennett ordered the $5000 sanction. Maybe I'm being pedantic and correct me if I'm wrong but if memory serves, he didn't actually agree to that sum because he didn't have the chance to. Before he had time to do anything, the district janny and retard cockgobbler Barlow jumped in like a lightning bolt to tard guard before the magistrate could actually finalize the order and without giving Hardin the opportunity to argue against it (even though Barlow was statutorily obligated to let him do it.)

I want to be a positive polly and put "this month" but I went back and looked at ECF241 (the order for the extra $500 if Greee misses the June 30th deadline). It doesn't even mention a date for when the now $1500 sanction is due. Presumably it's "immediately" but given how this has gone so far I am forced to optimistically pick "this year".
Unless he gets on tard bucks he'll either have a job or be sleeping on the sidewalk in Vegas. Someone with a job can have those bucks garnished forever. Russ may be unable to pay a judgment, but he is not judgment-proof in the typical sense of an adjudicated mental retard like Stebbins, who has no income that is available to a creditor.

Unless he wants to be sleeping in dumpsters, he's going to have to cough it up, even if it's $20 a week or whatever, forever.

You are entirely correct. Bennett cannot be blamed for that fiasco. He had received and had not had the time even to read much less respond to that, before that dumb fuck Barlow barged in, smashed down everything that was going on in the case like the fucking Kool-Aid Man, pulled a number completely out of his ass, refused to elaborate, and left.

Maybe Judge Barlow is Russ's secret investor?? That would certainly square A LOT of circles.

I think this is what's going to happen. The judge is going to say he's super serial this time, add a little extra money to the owed amount, give Greer ANOTHER month and then at the end of that month if he doesn't pay the judge Is going to practically beg him to pay one last time and then and only then will he grant dismissal.

Btw I agree this is the optimistic opinion. Which is depressing but also possible.

I am optimistic, but not because I think the court is now magically going to be reasonable. I am optimistic because Greer v. Moon is now a cited case going up to the Supreme Court. Cited by two different petitioners no less, one which is Sony, one of the largest multi national conglomerates in the country.

That shit the DJF sold the 10th circuit about how this case is minor and stupid and won't be relevant anyway has been proven to be an utter lie. Hardin has also finally showed the claws and put the district court in a real mess. It has to be occurring to them by now they are in the shit and "fortunate son" is starting to play in the background.

Far from being a minor case involving retards on the internet, this case is now simultaneously being used as reference in the Supreme Court and all the judges involved are subject to increadibly public observation. Such that more then 100 people attended a zoom meeting last month to discuss procedural matters.

This is what happens when lazy law clerks read Wikipedia. I know you are reading this post faggots. You went to Wikipedia and took it as gospel, and then told the judges Kiwifarms was just some shitty murder forum. It never once occurred to you to check if maybe Wikipedia was lying before you gave your bosses bad info based on Wikipedias lies.

Oops. No take backs! I hope judge Bennett doesn't hold your shit research against you!

In the mean time I think the district court will want to dump this case as fast as possible. Its become radioactive politically. And that matters way more then any law or precedent.

Greer doesn't abide by injunctions. Getting the court to order Greer to do anything has done very little especially if the order is for Greer to give anything to Hardin/Josh/KF (i.e. court docs, money, witness contact info, etc).

I'd like to see if Hardin can bypass Greer for info that Greer is gatekeeping. For example, ask the court to draft an order to the IRS to give Hardin information to garnish Greer's wages. I think Greer would drop the lawsuit entirely if he no longer could gatekeep the way he's been doing. He almost lost it when Hardin FOIA'd information from Winnemucca. I'd bet Greer would withdraw the lawsuit if the court entertained doing that. He would freak out at the idea of the IRS sending information directly to Hardin without Greer in the middle. Don't worry, Russell, Hardin will treat it as "attorneys eyes only." Not sure if the court would do this but even drafting and submitting the motion/order for approval might accomplish their goal.

The fun part is that Greee can no longer withdraw the lawsuit without explicit permission from Null and Hardin, takebacksies might've been possible four years ago but by this point he's made the defendants spend so much time and money in this bullshit that his dick is now fully stuck in the beehive.

He's pretty much achieved this without outside help. He's well known for trying to underpay and/or trying to sue the women who will not comply. He's also claimed that a woman who declined to service him has Aids. He's been discussed on hooker message boards where warnings about him have been posted and brothel owners have weighed in stating that he's unwelcome.
And have largely Black blue Balled Greee.

Considering everything Hardin files asks the court to dismiss the case, I don't think they believe continuing is fruitful. They aren't going to get any money out of Greer and they want to stop having to spend money replying/responding. Dismissal with prejudice is a win. They can get the court to award attorney fees but Greer won't pay. All the time and money spent so far is a sunk cost and isn't going to figure in Hardin's future course of action.

After which he’ll appeal to the Padishah Emperor.
The Spice Spittle must flow.

Looking forward to seeing if there is an explanation from God's Favorite Retard today. Unless the Court wants to surprise us all and actually do something before the holiday fully rolls in, but I suspect that's a big ask.
