Never forget that Biden was an enthusiastic supporter of the 2005 Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act which prevented student loans from being discharged via bankruptcy. Never forget also that the credit companies who stood to benefit from the act had donated hundreds of thousands of dollars to his election campaigns prior to that.

Now that the Parliamentarian has ruled that the legislature does not view it as a tax measure, it is officially unconstitutional. The dumb bitch didn't just make suppressors and SBRs unregulated. We're getting the whole enchilada.
