I am not that familiar with such a term and whilst it is but my opinion, it does count as partially trooning out.

Allow me to justify my thoughts :
The line is really thin and most people who have this kind of internet persona which is their job/lifestyle will ultimately fall into the pipeline.

Not much of a practical difference in the outcome for a Westerner. Man pretending to be a woman online finds success from pretending to be a woman. Once these conditions are met, full trooning out is an inevitability.
