NEWFLASH, phone bills give 30 day periods of cell phone service. Its predictable, clear, and laid out. If they cut off service before then, you can take them to court easily.

The whole game thing is they say they can shut it down at ANY time they feel like it. Which under EU laws makes it impossible to REASONABLY make an informed decision on purchase if you don't know if a game will last a decade a year, a month, a week....

This doesn't actually look like much of a lobbyist (anti-SKG) group, or even related to SKG in the slightest. It looks to be a general government-backed council for video game devs, and the vast majority of the members for it are actually from indies from the looks of it.

I'll believe it when I see it that I may be wrong about the first part, but let's not be too hasty casting judgement here.
