Modern Hiring Processes/Standards - Do the goy dance wage cuck

The funniest shit is seeing HR women fuck up the email rejections by misspelling my name and the position I applied for.
Even more embarrassing is when they mess up the rejection email tempate:
"Hello, {name}. Thank you for applying to {position} at {branch}. Unfortunately, we {insert pre-approved reason (run new ones by Jill!)}..."

Feeling pretty shit. Wages are down, expectations are up, hybrid/remote vanished and it's back to the wagecage and 4 hours a day on a bus, there just are not as many jobs being posted. 1/5 as many postings as usual and I've kept up with my market since 2016. And my god I'm going to bitch about wages. They have declined about 20% since 2018. DECLINED. Every year prices go up and wages go down... where is the breaking point? Honestly the only reason to live anymore is cheap legal edibles.

There’s no hope in unionizing anymore. Race isn’t unified, giant corporations would just move workers, hell the community is so low most people don’t even know their Nextdoor neighbor. The frustrating thing is this issues are so obvious to us, but utterly invisible to people in politics. No one in politics has ever had to search for a job. these things could easily be passed with practically a snap of the finger. Tiny minuscule things that could be altered at Perhapse even at the city level.

Because, ultimately, the powers that be know they just have to divide "most" of the people "most" of the time.

Punishing companies for layoffs (they do it to strengthen quarterly earnings reports, which is fraud), making ghost jobs illegal (they post them to appear to be growing to trick investors, also fraud), pinning minimum wage to inflation so we can stop having this fight and in theory all salaries would track with inflation instead of stagnating, stopping the H1B shitjeet flood and forcing them to hire American workers (all that "America First" bullshit from MIGA), basic labor rights, stopping them from circumventing mandatory benefits by classing employment as contracting, etc.

But like you said none of these assholes have ever been applying to jobs with four figures in savings, rent due, and no daddy to hand them a position. These dumb company bastards chase quarterly profits but are destroying both their companies and the society they exist in long-term. They broke the social contract.

My only solace is that techbros are more fucked than I am.

Still trying to find work that’s less than 90minutes away and more than 20 hrs a week.

Today a familiar company reached out to me
“Habibi acquisitions” which I did the zoom and in person interview for. It’s a pyramid scheme. They don’t tell you it’s commission only door to door sales until the next interview round. I agreed to a zoom interview and I blew it up. First softball question tell us about yourself I said something along the lines “I enjoy respecting people’s time and I’m here to inform everyone that this is a pyramid scheme, I’ve interviewed with them in person before. It’s commission only door to door sales.” The interviewer cut me off after I said this “unfortunately I’m going to have to let you go I can’t have you disrespect the company like that” I then said “don't waste peoples time with scams, go fuck yourself” and left.

Very lame and petty I know, but it felt good.
