Modern Hiring Processes/Standards - Do the goy dance wage cuck

Every mid- or large-sized company has DEI and ESG plans. Every one of them commits to hiring more “diverse” candidates, which by default means non-diverse candidates get left out. Some will just leave certain positions open until a sufficient number of diverse candidates apply per their plans. If they close it too early, it means a nigger got denied a job opportunity. So they have to keep it open so that heccin’ niggerino gets a chance.

So you applying to an entry level position and then never hearing about it again is likely because they’re just waiting until they find someone who checks off enough diversity boxes. Yeah, being a white guy for entry level positions likely means you’ll never get a call back.

I caught a bunch of shit for this over time here but I’d just tick off those diversity boxes. Say you’re a latinks who is part of the LGBTBBQWTF and have a disability. You’ll never be able to have to prove it and guarantee you callback rates will be much higher. Every yt applicant now has to be Rachel Dolezal or Shaun We Wuz Kangz.

I think this is true TO AN EXTENT. I don’t think they spring RIGHT for the crippled nigger dyke. If it’s just a box they’re checking off they’re HAPPY to hire a blond hair blue haired eyed dude that’s 1/64 Cherokee Indian. As long as they put it in the log books he’s a native.
 
This is what antiwhite hiring practices look like.

You may have great grades, relevant experience, and heck, maybe even some connections, but their DEI plan says that by 2030 they’ve committed to have 30% or more of their workforce be diverse. Just because they don’t worship Nigger Lives Matter or have their logo with pride colors doesn’t mean antiwhite hiring practices have discontinued. HR isn’t going to go to the mat for a white guy in current year plus ten, unless you’re the right kind of nepo baby. If they fall short of that goal, companies are now “high risk” which means they get loans at higher interest rates (or be denied outright), be excluded from certain contracts, etc.

Not saying it’s impossible but you’re at the end of the line. This is what being at the end of the line is like in execution. A lot of the “ghost jobs” being described are positions open for diverse candidates and if they don’t hit a certain percentage then they just get taken down rather than getting filled. It’s no coincidence that the rise of these types of job vacancies just so happen to match when companies established these plans. This is a lot of why jeets get promoted as a solution.

Well follow up from @ChompChomp reviewing my resume i've been successful in escaping my current job for a significant pay rise. And out of the two roles that was going i got the full time permanent role.

Things are turning up kiwi for me.

Reading through this I feel so sorry for you all having to look for jobs right now. The thing that frustrates me is that most employees I interact with as a consumer or citizen fucking SUCK. All the hoop jumping clearly isn't working to determine the best employees!

As someone who is on an interview panel multiple times a year, I don't know how companies can ask people to do so much even before the interview. Some of the people we interview are so fucking retarded I'm not sure how they got dressed let alone ask them to fill out multiple surveys, make a video, etc.
 
Unfortunately trades are becoming just has ridiculous, im trying to leave my current job because my favorite supervisor got let go, to only find out that alot trade positions are just ghosting or requiring 3-5 years experience for entry position where you make like 15$ an hour. Its actually pretty fucking insulting, and maybe it might be the whole "skip college, get a trade job" shit that currently hip new trend, but man it really makes you feel like shit.
 
Had an 'interview' yesterday where they explained to me they asked every applicant to show up to prove we are real people because apparently there are bots sending in fake resumés to everyone and 'wasting their time'
Well I proved I was a real person but clearly wasn't good enough to get accepted for the 'no experience necessary' role so, thanks for wasting my time in return

Fucking Indeed is filled with scammers that just want your data, by the way.

There should be investigations for fake job offers like these, and capital punishment for scammers.
I use Indeed to see who is hiring and then I just lookup the company's site and apply directly to it. Keep in mind this doesn't work if the company uses some BS recruiter / recruiting agency to filter the mass spam of Jeet resumes.
 
Got a call from a company I applied to, woman had no idea about my job history or even what role I applied to. Asked if I was looking for part time or full time work(for a manager position)?? Then claims she was actually calling people ahead of time to know who to call to schedule an interview at the end of next week? I hate these people so much, it's unreal. A few years ago, I was applying for simple retail management level roles, and you would not believe how many calls I got from places to schedule an interview and once I showed up they claimed they only had part time cashier roles open. nigger how am I supposed to live off of $10 less an hour and work 16 hours a week? These people should be beaten for being so happy to waste someones time like that. Used cars salesman tier
 
The working world is rigged.

So much of it is about image. It's about overall behavior and people's assumptions of how you dress, walk, talk, etc., correlating to your worth as an individual.

Even Silicon Valley is slowly formalizing. The casual dress codes may still exist but are slowly being drowned out by "Tech Girls" (who seldom even enjoy tech) dressing up in clothes that restrict your posture. I doubt the //comments in Windows XP's source code (look up at your own risk) would fly today. Patent trolling is getting worse and tech as we know it is a lot more collaborative, both in ECE and SD. Teams are getting larger, and these workplaces in general are almost all open offices that place so much emphasis on soft skills.

Apple probably isn't the place to work if you want a comfortable desk, need to stim, or want a little table to yourself in a more secluded location to eat lunch.

This world is rigged. American working culture in general seems built on self sacrifice and discomfort as an act of service. Why do cashiers have to stand in one place on their feet (which is actually worse than exercising on your joints)? Why does every business except Aldi have their cashiers stand to prove they're working? Ever heard of an office? Yet office workers have to earn the position with experience like that.

It honestly seems like some kind of deeper resentment that drives all these "company culture" standards. As if your ability to contribute to the world and/or make money depends on these frankly superficial, and often unattainable, standards.

It's the Mariana trench. Sink or swim. Don't speak to your women colleagues the way you would speak to your men colleagues, and who knows what to do with the nonbinary aliens.
 
…so didn’t get into the electrical union. After paying to even apply, passing the placement test, taking the interview infront of an actual council and knowing multiple good friends on the inside. It’s still a bust. I honestly think the job market has gotten NOTICEABLY WORSE in the short time since I’ve started this thread. Literally all my friends are having trouble too. I’m talking people that have masters in electrical engineering. I’m calling it. Great Depression 2.0 is going to be what blows up America. I am absolutely dumbfounded. What the fuck are people looking for? Even for the dead end jobs like Taco Bell where there’s only 1 promotion before you’re maxed out. What the actual fuck is going on! It’s like all of entry and middle management is vanished. I have one friend who’s been working at UPS and his new project is basically training people to use the program that’s about to be automated. Things are so bleak bros. Fuck your computers, fuck your degrees every man for himself. FIND A TRADE NOW OR DROWN! deporting won’t do shit. They’ll just make legal avenues easier. That’s what it’s always been about. There needs to be blood soon!

Christ every time I go job hunting again and take breaks between the hours of jack and shit, I stumble upon threads like these that make me just want to quit. It's one thing that it's hard, it's another thing that it doesn't need to be, I understand the horrors too well.
This was for an application to a FUCKING WEED AND VAPE SHOP.
Sounds about right, I feel high watching this and I feel like whoever thought this was a good idea was fucking high as well.
I still look at my indeed spam but don't even bother to apply, it's not worth even the effort of clicking. Some dumb HR rat has decided on their absolute requirements, I won't fit one(1) and that's it, it's over.

This shit is exactly why I don't want to leave my current IT gig. Small company, no foreigners in my office. In the secondary office, they only recently hired one nigger - who is actually qualified, so not on DEI.

It was bad four years ago when I got hired. I cannot IMAGINE how shitty it is now to be in the job market.

I guess when white men are reduced to chattel slavery, we won't have to worry about jobs anymore. We'll be breaking rocks in Bomali mine no. 5, Pradesh district.
 
I went through the same Zoom nonsense with my current job when I got hired. Sent the résumé, filled out the online application, had a phone call, had a Zoom meeting, had an in-person interview and walkthrough.

The real kicker: I live across the street, and can literally see the building from my living room and bedroom windows. I even mentioned this in all of my interviews, saying, "we could've done this in person, I'm pretty sure I can see the windowed office you are all sitting in right now."
