The thing with these tariffs are it's difficult to find the exact exclusions. With the Chinese tariffs stuff like computer components were excluded (no massive leap in graphics cards or CPUs for instance) even prior to the deal because he knew that'd take the biggest hit; it almost feels like you can tell what'll get excluded or not depending on preceding executive orders or what's getting excluded but it's difficult to find out what.
