I looked up "Superkiller" in the Youtube transcript for BPITU and found this fascinating moment (not able to archive it myself atm). Vito finally explains one of the many issues which are postponing the release of Superkiller. I couldn't have fabricated a more dumbfounding reason for the comic being delayed.
