I understand and generally agree, but then I thought what defense does Aaron have? That he only signed up for the fun parts of homewrecking and drug use in a home with children? That alcoholism, narcotics dependency and swinging could be neatly partitioned from the other aspects of their lives? He's not responsible for the daughter taking cocaine but hedonistic and addictive people make each other worse. Part of Aaron's innocence might be he lacked opportunity.I think most people here are about as hard as Aaron as he deserves. It's just that what he deserves is nowhere near as hard as what Nick deserves. For some reason there's a small minority that thinks he's as bad, or worse, than Nick, and I think that's just utterly ridiculous. I can't wrap my head around that mentality. Just compare the two.
He comes across as having more of a conscience than Nick.I understand and generally agree, but then I thought what defense does Aaron have? Rekieta seems entirely uninterested in our supposed privacy-breaching exposure of his unpaid car registration. Instead, he’s fixated on Twitter, arguing with anyone who dares point out the hypocrisy of insisting his invasion of Aaron’s privacy is justified simply because “he’s always lying!”
Nick's "creative writing" degree was purely to help him write things to mean whatever the hell he wants, not what they objectively seem to say. And he reads things the same way he writes them - self-servingly.View attachment 7655224
He's STILL going BTW.
Nick REALLY wants this to be Aaron admitting to having an addiction to lying and creating a facade so he can discredit Aaron's testimony about the Qover. That combined with his denial about his own cocaine addiction means he can't accept the real obvious interpretation that Aaron's talking about drug addiction.
"My addiction to stimulants that make me feel good is making me ignore my problems" makes way more sense than "I'm addicted to lying about my life." Only a junkie wouldn't understand that.
"But I'm not being honest" 100% makes sense in the context of him talking about his cocaine addiction because he's saying the cocaine is clouding his judgement and preventing him from being honest.
Lettered in writing, btw.
This is coming from the guy who in his Franks Hearing and failed appeal, kept trying to insinuate Aaron lied to the cops "because he hates me, it was malicious!" yet outright refused to explain as to why, because he didn't want it on the record that he's a cuckold. This is like a middle schooler plan.
Nick reminds me of someone I know who claims she pursued a linguistics degree “so I would know how to win every argument.” Nick is even dumber (and less successful) than she is, but not by much.Nick's "creative writing" degree was purely to help him write things to mean whatever the hell he wants, not what they objectively seem to say. Nick got a writing degree to argue about Aaron and a law degree to sue AaronNick reminds me of someone I know who claims she pursued a linguistics degree “so I would know how to win every argument.” Nick is even dumber (and less successful) than she is, but not by much.
Celeste might cancel the all-inclusive 4 week cruise she paid for all the Kandyoshi county public employees.he clerks are just stressed out because people watching Nick be a retard has probably tripped their normal traffic docket.
I think he's saying that he's too superior of intellect to ever become addicted. Not that addiction doesn't happen.
Which is the most addicty of addict things he could ever addict.
The first time I read the text I thought Aaron is referencing a separate addiction.View attachment 7655224

Nick thinks this text shows 2 things:Nick sharing Aaron's text message as some sort of own is a true testament to his character. A former friend (lover?) says "hey man I think I have a problem and I need to get out of this" and Nick thinks this is some sort of embarrassing self-own rather than necessary introspection and self-reflection.
Any expectation of privacy goes out the window when you invite strangers into your home to have drug-fueled fuck and suck parties.
I hope he also includes photos of Aaron with his shirt off to prove to the court Aaron is a liar and the stalking order of protection should be droppedWhat the fuck is wrong with Nick that he thinks he's going to get that text message in and have the court view it as some admission that Aaron is literally always lieing. This is like a middle schooler plan.
I think the two main mitigating factors in Aaron's favor are that he has expressed remorse, and that the evidence he exposed children to danger on the same level that Nick did is weak to non-existent.I understand and generally agree, but then I thought what defense does Aaron have? What blows my mind about all this is that if Nick really wants to claim he doesn't or didn't have an addiction problem, and could stop using drugs at any time, that would mean he's just doing drugs because he's a hedonistic asshole.Nick REALLY wants this to be Aaron admitting to having an addiction to lying and creating a facade so he can discredit Aaron's testimony about the Qover. If Faran is to be believed (and honestly, I have done a complete 180 on her, to where I think she tells the truth more than she's gotten credit for in the past), Nick was crying to her on the phone that he knows he's a shit lawyer and that his e-career has been irreparably damaged. I believe it was Andrew or Meme that related that story publicly.Nick thinks this text shows 2 things:
1. Aaron knows that he's a loser and that the Steel Toe show isn't popular, which is humiliating
He’s a jilted lover blinded by rage. His filter is gone because of the drug abuse so he can’t hide it.
