They did an autopsy on Phil

court. I could however, see him showing up with a bunch of door dash receipts and telling the judge that it's a "business expense".
Phail always brings up Khet doesn't want to cook and she needs to pick out food. He tells what she orders. Unless she's now an employee, her food and the delivery fees are not business expenses.

They did an autopsy on Phil
Funny I always pictured when the coroner comes remove his bloating corpse from the snort fort his body would look like ET when they found him half dead by that creek all ashy and shit.

Know what you should do? Photoshop that tard face of Phil you have as your avatar over ded ET lol.
DOUBLE EDIT: I haven't seen this image in years and I just noticed somehow ded ET is less pasty than Phil.

Watching a bit of the ATS gameplay, doesn't Phil have a driver's license, or is it just his usual brainrot on display ?
Just because someone has a license to drive, doesn't make them a good driver.

I don't know where it is you live, but here in the US, we study for one test when we're 16, getting coaching from our parents while we drive them around town, then we take our test, and that's it. After that, it's just paying a small fee to get it renewed every few years. Having seen footage from dash cam videos, many people are either ignorant of traffic laws or outright ignore them on a regular basis, so it really is up to you to avoid the occasional idiot who thinks they're above stopping at stop signs.

Back to Phil, between both ATS and the Taxi Simulator he played, you'll notice he never bothers to look around to ensure the lanes are clear before making his turns, which is why he wound up in a collision in ATS, or running over a pedestrian in TS. Looking around in ATS is as easy as looking around in a first-person shooter, so Phil really has no excuse. He also pays zero attention to the road, as is typical for him during any game he plays, so when he takes a sip of his White Claw, he misses the Speed Limit 35 sign and then acts like the game had it out for him personally. Like I said, the better you drive in real life, the better you drive in ATS, so I believe the way he drives in ATS would translate to how well he drives in real life, minus some obvious goofing off here or there.

I doubt that bankruptcy will be so forgiven if he tries that shit again.
The first bankruptcy is almost easy to get through because the Judge and court just assume you're bad at dealing with finances and debt. It's why they make people take a Debtors Education Course or a Financial Management Course (might be the same thing in some places) so you can avoid a second one. The more you rack up, the harder they get to pass.
Yeah but just like multiple divorces, the more you have the less your going to have left after it's all said and done. So if any one thinks bankruptcy is a magical device to get rid of creditors. It is not.
Ironically enough, that's exactly how Phil describes it. Just file the bankruptcy papers, go to court, and boom, all your debts are cleared and you can start doing it all over again, just as simple as that.

I doubt that bankruptcy will be so forgiven if he tries that shit again. Fuck I guess put me on Team Bankruptcy 2 Electric Boogaloo.
Bankruptcy is a civil matter, government doesnt give a shit as long as hes still paying taxes. They would just rubber stamp the second request like they did the first time.

I dont know why dentractors what to credit Phil with masterminding some great evil plot to defraud his creditors and trick the government. Any fat retard can apply for bankruptcy and its granted in 99% of cases. Thats why phil got it, because hes any fat retard, not some government defrauding mastermind.

Phil, being an important and popular streaming, thought he could use his clout for free representation from a YT lawyer streamer. When he found out none of them wanted to help him for free, his delusions of grand-or subsided. His masterplan was a free attorney, free YT clout and new supporters, and Doody groveling at his feet.

I had to take stupid computer test and then make four right turns for my driving test on a sparsely populated road. Derich could get a license if he were here. Fucking Derich.

Phil's experience was a good lesson on bankruptcy. Unless you're really well off in the $250k+ range, it's a rubber stamp process. Nobody cares. He can probably do this again and again, which we've seen many others do.

Almost everything in that kitchen is broken, it's really weird. I can understand the garbage disposal breaking because Phil admits to throwing bones and other plastic stuff down it like a retard. But the kitchen floor having cracks all over it and needed to be replaced and the dish washer (the appliance, not Kat) being broken are the two that don't make sense to me. Like, how does two adults that don't cook manage to break a floor that requires shit to be dropped on it and a dish washer that would require constant use to break?
If Phil is to be believed; Kat is the clumsiest and somehow most destructive person in the world. She apparently breaks everything in the house, intentionally or accidently it's never clear.

Especially when the retard in question doesn't own anything and is legit broke, like DSP. He owns a Corolla, that's the only thing worth auctioning that he owns outright. He will get granted the second bankruptcy even with the $5k business expenses everyone was so mad about. Even gambling addicts get granted bankruptcy, the court doesn't hold it against them that they are retarded, as long as they own nothing. Can't auction WWEC, so it's nothing in the eyes of the court, much like all his electronics.
