I really can't understand with this X tagging, is he stupid and does that because he doesn't notice it happening or is he playing smug doing that intentionally because he knows he pings Aaron constantly?

I mean he's definitely stupid but I don't know why he does it. Maybe he's now addicted to toeing the line to legal woes because he can't feel nothing anymore.
He's been told repeatedly. He just doesn't care about the TRO. He considers himself above it.

I have seen a lot of Internet shit flinging in my time, but very rarely do I see people involving the children of the recipient. Most people seem to see that as a definite red line.
The internet has taken on the honor code of the mafia.

Do not involve the family and kids.

Only fat greasy MAPs like Melton and galaxy gas brained retards like Nick do not understand that.

I agree with @Potentially Criminal. I think the fact that Aaron is the defendant in a revenge porn case against Nick's wife means he has a really huge hurdle to overcome
It’s a shame he can’t get ahead of that and argue that reporting him for RP is also part of the harassment perpetrated by Nick. Because at the time he took and boasted about the photo to one friend he was indeed in a sexual relationship with Nick’s wife, who happens to be a swinger and exhibitionist, and it just didn’t occur to him that she would mind.

Nick only cooked it up into a criminal report after they had broken up.
Or did I get the timeline wrong on that?

Yeah you got the timeline wrong. He was very much out of the relationship. It was on stream so it did happen. Still wasn't revenge porn as it was to one person and not intended to humiliate, but can't help Minnesota's dumb laws.

I mean he's definitely stupid but I don't know why he does it.

It's his self-diagnosed 'oppositional defiant disorder'.

"You're not the boss of me, judge. Now pass me the whippits and STFU!"

The only person injured by Aaron sharing the picture of Kayla was Nick. Because it was announcing to the world, 'See what a cuckold this man is? Sure. I let him bang the nasty skank that was April, but in return, I got to bang Kayla. Has she elegance? Has she fragrance? Would she have, without the strain of this trial, radiance? How would she appeal?"

Oh wait, that's Mary Archer, not Kayla. I got my whoremongers confused. Never mind...

He thinks that the HRO is 100% illegal and will get thrown out. So why do anything more than not directly contact Aaron in person?
I think he is literally ignorant of the fact that even if a restraining order is later found to be invalid or even unconstitutional, it's still contempt of court to violate it while it's in effect.

Could also be a gay, hyper specific reading of the rules

"I'm not directly contacting Aaron, just replying to someone else that tagged him!"

In light of this masterpiece:

Notwithstanding, the poll is on a knife edge, so I humbly request a Total Toe Victory version be prepared, just in case. It just needs the orange steel toe boot background but the two women can remain the same.

Considering everything, I am blown away how well this has all worked out for Nick. He's is a beneficiary of a trust with at least eight figures in assets. The guy got caught with a trafficking amount of a controlled substance, gave or allowed his child to access said controlled substance, didn't feed, wash, or clothe his children, his criminal defense attorney could not have done worse, and is still out. Any other county in any other state, he’d be in prison. Aaron getting caught on stream taking and then later sending that picture to Geno was a boon for Nick. The only people coddling Nick more than Minnesota are his parents. We know he hates it, but look at how he lucked out where he lives. Is it even possible for him to suffer the consequences of his own actions? The Toe gets a major L here.

The Toe should move to Candy Yoshi County so they can both be completely above the law and rape each other without consequence.

Hopefully Montgomery can quickly establish it as indirect contact.
It appears Melton has remembered his verbal beatdown from the Atlantic City female judge in Butch v Melton(2023), where she directly stated she has ruled replying to tweets where Butch was tagged as indirect contact violation.
Will Nick run into the same problem, with the more privacy-focused Minnesota judicial enviroment?

But would you want to be him?

I wouldn't. It's not good luck to have enablers. Those people are worse than enemies.

Now that Aaron has representation, even in an unknown quantity, I think his odds have greatly improved.

The other wildcard in the cases though is a delay. Nick and Melton haven't submitted their evidence or witness list. I don't know if a date was set for submission, but it's getting damn close to the hearings. If they try to drop this crap the night before, and it's pages long, I don't know that Ross is going to let that slide. Nor should the judge. The other obvious issue is the length of just Aaron's list. There's at least an hour of content on direct (and cross for the witnesses).

My dream would be Nick having to bring Kayla up on the stand for Nick's witness list and his defense. Because I don't know they could bring in much about the RP case without her, much less there being as yet no conviction. Aaron's not a sympathetic victim, but I don't see Kayla winning the judge over.

I still voted for TOTAL TOE VICTORY, because the collateral damage in the dabbleverse from that would make me laugh. And Melton and his associates should be put on a wall.
