Nick's now publicly talking about Aaron's daughter by name

Very disgusting and creepy
Unfortunately Nick doesn't have Aaron's child as part of his TRO, he's allowed to talk about her unless he goes full retard enough to warrant an amended ex-parte order.
For those despairing, have hope, Nick is famously retarded at legal strategy and then twists his opinion later when he loses.
- This is the guy who was clearly on camera snorting cocaine and proceeded to claim ridiculous alternative explanations such as "it was limewash" or "its pixelation artifacts".
- This is the guy who claimed that all the informants were lying and the warrant was invalid, just for the judge to turn around and say they had easily enough of other evidence to justify the warrant.
- This is the guy who's wife tried to claim in her Omnibus challenge that Aaron SWATed the house before they ever even met.
- This is the guy who tried to hit Montagraqh with a Anti-SLAPP motion, for a law that explicitly has a Savings clause that clearly prevents retroactive application, in a case that begun before the law was enacted.
I'm not saying Aaron isn't on a upwards hill, but I believe its not an unsurmountable, Sisyphean mountain.
If I recall it aright, Aaron was DENIED protection for his children from Nick. It would be FUNNY and WEIRD if this tweet was raised in evidence that perhaps the scope should be expanded...
It's because Nick has been rejected by someone he considers to be very much below his league. He can't handle it.
It'd be good to have a link for that (I'm guessing it was posted here at some point), but then, I'm not sure it'd reach Aaron at this point so maybe no point right now.
He thought that Kurt was so desperate for any friendship that he would subject himself to any amount of abuse so long as he was called 'friend' by Nick. Nick treated him like a gimp jester and never expected him to have any sense of self worth.
This is how Nick treats those he considers to be his inferiors, and it makes me worry for his wife and children.
He owes the state, but never pays.
He owes Montagraph, but never pays.
Nick Rekieta is immune to court orders.
PayMonty.lol when? I could see Monty getting some mileage out of the 200-300 American that he is still owed by Nick.
If you put a gun to my head and demanded I leave a child in the care of either Nick or Kurt, I'd be pretty sure if it were Kurt, the kid wouldn't come back on cocaine or molested by his pedophile friends, because Kurt doesn't have pedophile friends (or friends in general but that is another issue).
The child would probably have lectures on law and be setting their toys out and playing 'court' instead of 'tea' upon return home.
A glimpse into Nick's defense strategy

Nick's strategy has always been to hold slapfights on SM. He is the prototype for the terminally online debate bro with the theatrics, gamesmanship, gay drama, gay ops, and sniping back and forth. I WANT him to try this strategy with a judge that is totally disinterested in it.
Right now Nick and Melton are forbidden from talking directly to Aaron, or in a manner that would likely get back to Aaron. (In some cases, that has included social media posting; not sure how it applies when someone's "job" is streaming.) They don't have the dumb "no talkie" clause that Aaron agreed to with his no-contact order on Kayla.
Could that change? Apparently it has in some cases in Minnesota, but it may be a 1st amendment infringement.
If these two Dummkopfe had any brains, they would STFU, because it's not a good look, particularly between the initial granting of an HRO and the hearing on it. Even Aaron has largely shut up about them since the HROs were granted. But they wouldn't be lolcows if they took good advice.
Nick is playing the technicality card and trying to 'rules-lawyer' the law. Remember how well that went in his Franks hearing? Nick does what he wants, then when it does not go his way and he cannot be smug, he decries the INJUSTICE of it all.
As for Melton, I think he is remembering how he 'got away with it' in his Atlantic City HRO case, and he is over confident.
Yes, or Aaron is lying about it being the best year of his life, which he's allowed to do and doesn't mean he's always lying (which is what Nick would take from that statement).
Anyway, I guess neither of them will stop doing what they were doing.
The HRO hearing will be entertaining. I wish it was two hours long for maximum entertainment.
I just want, at some point, for the judge to laugh at Nick and/or Melton for making a dumb argument.
Oh, it'll be White. He's more boring. Probably won't get laughed at... shame.
Again, Nick is taking the hyper-technical and myopic approach of a debate bro online where, 'If he said it is the "BEST", and I can show how it was not the ABSOLUTE BEST, then he is lying and I win!'
the infamous man-hate thread).
I look in there for entertainment infrequently, but in small doses. Women have these types of conversations, but I think that we tend to have a much deeper layer in private that what is shown there.
This suggests to me that perhaps a lot of women, even those with feminist leanings, would roll their eyes at Aaron's RP charges. Nick is using the letter of the law to get back at his gay lover. Not protect his wife.
I would wager that there is nothing very dislikeable about Aaron as an abstract concept. Yes, he is disgusting and was a part of the polycule. Yes, he shared a picture of his partner. Yes, he is mostly unattractive. However, there is nothing that affects us personally nor makes us despise him as a general rule.
Broken down to a more tangible rule, I would not feel comfortable sharing a lift with Nick, but Aaron would be someone I could just avoid conversation with, and be fine.
