Things are very different from the GW Bush era and if even the EU (not Australia) stopped censoring violent video games for the most part there is always a chance that it could pass.

This is not a completely new development and it is arguably the only reassuring thing about this.

That is a good point. There is a contact thru PPP. And it will affect the Canuks. They still use Visa and Mastercard. It will fuck them if it hasn't already. It would be worth asking

a good chunk of Canadians lost bank accounts (And still haven't got them back 3 years on) all because they donated $5 to the wrong cause. Its just Liberalism. All political parties and institutions in the west follow the operating principles of Liberal theory. We apply different terms to it, but that just what it is.

What we are seeing play out right now is the end result of the 250 year experiment in liberal political theory. It had some high minded ideas, but its entire foundational premise was based on naive beliefs in the universal brotherhood of man, all men being equal, and so on.

These ideas functioned when tempered by traditional institutions like Kings, landed Aristocracy and the Church, but ultimately supplanted and replaced them entirely and became completely unmoored from reality.
