You've been conditioned to associate cryptocurrency, the only proven alternative to the old systems, with scams ("99.9%" being an exaggerated figure based on what you read in the news). Even if the true figure was 80% scams—which it isn't—you have to open your mind to the real possibility that The Good Guys won't just win this one.
When there's an alternative to capitalist-fueled censorship, you should consider it, present scams and all. (And that's without even bringing anonymity into the fray, what I previously considered to be the best strength of crypto. We're accelerating pretty fast, huh?)
