I counted 43 instances during that stream where Rekieta made comments directed at Aaron, rather than merely speaking about him. Not all of these remarks are equally egregious, but here is a compilation of them:
As something of a sequel, below is a supercut of MAPton also throwing out unabashed @'s in his show yesterday. Unlike his
July 15th show in which Aaron was mentioned 67 times mostly attributable to coverage of a RedBar clip, yesterday's show marked the first time since his HRO that he has made a proper return to his "occupation" with the usual format playing footage from Aaron's show and responding to it in real-time for
almost three hours starting at 1:39:26. Throughout, he was noticeably much more cautious in his wording than his "lawyer" friend was, carefully couching things in the third person about what "he" (Aaron) is saying, and only using "you" in ways that are nominally directed
at the audience (e.g. you know, you guys, etc.) or other times adopting the generic "you" akin to the "royal we" or similar to how one would use "one" as a pronoun.
Even excluding those, in his dab-addled haze that even got his own chat to comment repeatedly on how he sounded higher than usual, he let slip about
14 instances of statements at Aaron directly, knowing full well how foreseeable it is that Aaron would end up seeing his chief a-log's main show or at least end up seeing clips of it, and not even bothering with the "members-only" defense against foreseeability that Nick attempted to contrive last month. Instead they must now be confidently leaning hard into the "nigga just close your eyes" defense that always seems to go well for everyone that's ever tried it.
That's not to say that any of this is necessarily a violation under the
governing case law posted ITT about indirect contact via foreseeably conveyed social media statements nor to say that either Aaron or law enforcement would ever do anything about it even
if it were a violation, and this is only presented as another testament to what a lawless shithole Minnesota is now that pretty much any given future HRO respondent just needs to be clever enough to select a-logging of any given future HRO petitioner as a
n "occupation" gay internet hobby and become forever immune from consequences. Who knew?
