Off-Topic MtFs in Women's Sports / Title IX Demolition

There's a story in the Daily Mail which repeats mostly the same points, but includes a couple of photos. Here's Shrek on the podium.

Notice that the second place step is empty. That's because the real winner, Debbie Milne didn't turn up.

I pine for the day that “he cheated” is redundant.

I would have been heckling “cheater” as he stepped on the podium.

Although I’d be open to other suggestions,

I thought the bomb threats happened when the hospital said they weren't going to do any more tranny shit to kids. I figured it was trannies mad that the hospital wouldn't tran any more kids out and called the bomb threats in themselves. But I might be remembering that wrong.
That's how I remember the sequence of events. Who knows who called in the bomb threat. My money is on trannies but it could be a random malcontent or somebody who wants chaos.

There is no organized political movement for transhumanism. Bad take.

As president, Biden mandated male participation in women's sports, declared Easter a transgender holiday, and used his last few days in office to try to force a Constitutional amendment that would have effectively made anti-transgenderism illegal. Harris would have continued that and several prospective Dem candidates for 2028 intend to do the same. If the Dems return to office they will almost certainly reverse all the progress Trump has made on this issue.
I'm not so sure. It's pretty clear at this point that trans issues and child drag queens played a sizable role in Trump's re-election. At least some of the smarter Democratic political movers and shakers are figuring out that going full woke is a ticket to losing the house and the legislative branch. I expect you'll see some loud TRANS RIGHTS ARE HUMAN RIGHTS shrieking in a few deep blue cities. But I think they will be a minority and that by 2028 shouting about Muh Trans Rights is going to be "Is that Freedom Rock? Turn it up, man!" levels of uncool.

Is there like any reason women should accept this apology?
Short answer: No.

Longer answer: Even if the apology is little more than an impersonal boilerplate form letter, the fact the school and/or its athletic department has to issue an apology is significant because they insisted there was nothing wrong with letting a male declare himself a female and be in female-only spaces partially or fully undressed for all of them to see even when they made it clear it was awkward, troubling, or perhaps even traumatizing in the truest sense of the word. At this point, the apology is Pyrrhic. Still, UPenn deserves the metaphorical slice of humble pie that comes with sending out these apologies.

Behavior deemed to be "poor sportsmanship" can get athletes disqualified from competition, even there's a very understandable reason for the conduct. Really serious offenses can suspend the whole team from playing.

The other girls have likely been told by their coaches to go out of their way to be nice to Hernandez, knowing his mom is just the kind of nosey bitch who would write a complaint and try to run it up to the highest authority available if there was even the appearance of the girls being mean to him. So if the other athletes appear to be bending over backwards to make him feel welcome, that's the likely reason why.
At the high school level, sportsmanship is heavily emphasized on both the national and state level. Also, various state associations (the governing bodies for high school athletics) have adopted interpretations or other state-specific procedures to further address sportsmanship in response to what they see as increasing unsporting behavior.

Between that and the fact this is California, I would hypothesize that these girls saying anything negative against an FTM athlete would be deemed unsporting behavior and possibly be punished in with some combination of disqualification or another penalty. Some states will even penalize a track or tennis team by deducting team points for any player ejected for unsporting behavior. In a close event, a single point can make the difference between a team winning/advancing or going home empty-handed.

I'm willing to bet these California girls have been coached to do one of two things:
  • If their coaches are pozzed enough to support FTM athletes, they've been told to accept the L and suck it up.
  • If their coaches are based, they've likely been told not to react negatively to - and possibly ignore - the FTM athletes lest they be penalized and to know that they're the real winners and good sports in all of this.

Not only this, the girls were told to go to counselling if they couldn’t accept him in their locker room, and threatened that speaking up would result in basically life ruination. That any career they aspired to in the future would be out of reach due to their public transphobia. UPenn really couldn’t read the room on this issue, and when prompted to do so just surrounded themselves in a cone of silence. If Trump hadn’t acted on his threat to cut the first instalment of their $1 billion of federal funding grants for the year, they still would not have acted.

The girls all deserve an apology, but it will just be a mail merged form letter, and not worth the paper it’s written on. Mind you, I’m sure Riley Gaines will frame hers and put it in her new home office studio as a well earned gotcha.

Edit: one word two little letters.

"White femininity" Nigger you are white yourself. You just ain't a woman.

I could tell he was a tranny from his profile pic alone, despite the fact that it's only represented by a few pixels in that screencap. Mother nature doesn't lie, and neither do foreheads:

Surprise, he is yet another troon comparing black women to men in dresses. I didn't know they had such a long tradition of doing it, though.

Trannies hate black women. They genuinely believe that black women are more masculine than troons are. So men like Jillian seethe that black women are accepted as women while the poor oppressed trannies are rejected. It's just more of their misogynistic retardation.

also nice hairline jillian lmao

Crosspost from the Troon Litigation Thread:
"A transgender woman has sued Princeton University claiming she was illegally removed shortly before her race in a school-hosted track meet in May due to her gender identity.

An attorney for Sadie Schreiner filed the complaint in New Jersey Superior Court on Tuesday, listing the school along with athletic director John Mack and director of track operations Kimberly Keenan-Kirkpatrick as defendants. The lawsuit also lists New York-based Leone Timing and Results Services as a defendant in its role of handling official timing for organized track and field events.

The World Darts Federation is banning troons (such as Noa-Lynn van Leuven) from women's tournaments!

WDF Eligibility Criteria Announcement

28 July 2025

As an international federation for the sport of darts, the WDF’s role is to facilitate equal opportunity and an inclusive environment for all people to participate nationally and internationally in the sport of darts, as athletes, coaches, officials, staff and other volunteers.

Our existing Transgender Athlete policy was based on this principle.

Transgender participation in darts is a complex, evolving subject, and our position has always been that if there was a material change in scientific studies, law, or the wishes of a majority of the WDF's Member Countries that we would review the policy and make changes where necessary.

At the WDF General Meeting in September 2024, a remit was put forward calling for entry and participation in WDF Women’s and Girls tournaments to be restricted to female by birth only. This remit was voted through by the majority of Member Countries.

Since that vote, the WDF has been in consultation with legal representatives in California to understand how and if it could deliver on the vote in a way that ensures the sport remains accessible to all and ensures that transgender participants can enjoy playing darts without fear of discrimination, prejudice, harassment, or any form of discrimination.

Following those discussions, the WDF can confirm changes to our eligibility rules for WDF Ranking Tournaments and Cups.

Effective Monday 28 July 2025, entry and participation in WDF Women’s and Girls Ranking Tournaments and Cups will only be open to players that are WOMEN/FEMALE as defined under this Policy.

Accordingly, WDF Tournaments, Cups and Ranking Tables will be renamed and redefined as “Open”, “Women”, “Open Youth” and “Girls” tournaments and cups.

We understand these changes may be challenging for people who want to compete in darts in the gender which they are now registered as. The WDF has directly contacted its Member Countries so as they can discuss these changes with affected players directly.

Full details on our eligibility criteria changes are set out in our revised Transgender Policy which can be found on the Rules Page of the WDF website.

Speaking of Van Leuven, Dutch GC activist Lydia (lyd20211) provided receipts that show he's lying about his transition.

The World Darts Federation is banning troons (such as Noa-Lynn van Leuven) from women's tournaments!
On 27 July three lesbian protesters including Jean Hatchet were kicked out of the PDC Women's World Matchplay in Blackpool (an 8-player tournament which is played entirely in one night) where van Leuven was competing as the number 2 seed. They protested before van Leuven's first match of the night, wearing "save women's sports" T-shirts and holding a "he's a man" sign. Van Leuven won his quarter-final against Lorraine Winstanley before losing the semi-final to Fallon Sherrock.

The top men's players only play PDC events, while the top women's players play in both PDC and WDF events so van Leuven and at least one other troon who I think I've posted about before will be affected by the new WDF rules.

The same day, the UK Darts Association, which organises the sport at grassroots level, issued this statement. Couldn't find it on their website or social media but it was posted by based TERF and women's darts legend Deta Hedman on X.
UKDA statement.webp

I think it's inevitable the UK-based PDC will follow suit at some point as the Supreme Court ruling makes it clear that they are in breach of the Equality Act by allowing men to compete in women's events.

I’m not an American, but for months have been looking into the WNBA and Brittany Griner posts. Certainly looks to be a dude to me. If the WMBA have proof that BG is actually a female, why aren’t they releasing it?
ETA: Fuck the YouTube algorithm for taking me down a rabbit hole I didn’t want to go down, and wasn’t invested in. I’m now curious as to what Americans think about this?
ETA 2: TBF Caitlin Clark doesn’t appear particularly feminine either, but if she’s a male she definitely has Short Man’s Syndrome. I suspect though that in her case it’s just unfortunate genetics.
