Where is the 100% verified proof of this? A random photo, discord messages and a bunch of "trust-me-bro" statements is not evidence.
I think we have enough evidences to sugest that Sam has a weird past when it comes to his relationships with underage girls. Is there any hard-proof? If there was, they are long gone by now, since i believe Marky has confirmed herself that Sam recorded some of their encounters - which would be 100% illegal, it's literally producing child pornography - and Sam would have deleted all of it.
Now, do we just ignore circumstantial evidence? You're in your studio apartment alone with a girl, you're shirtless, she is PROBABLY shirtless (people can say she's wearing a dress, but the pic is cropped, which could be because she wasn't wearing anything), you're 29 years old, the girl is 15 or 16 (we still don't know 100% for sure how old she was at that point, she could have been 15, which would be pedophilia).

When Lt.Corbis tried to do her hitpiece on Sam, which utterly failed, she at least confronted Sam and he used the same two excuses he uses when talking about Marky: she wasn't 15, i didn't hit her - she gets nosebleeds. Why wouldn't you say: "no, i never had sex with her, here's how everything went down..." He doesn't deny having sex with her, i don't think he has EVER denied that, he only says that she wasn't 15 and he didn't punch her. Which also makes me question: why don't you say her age, then? She wasn't 15, was she 16? That's the age of consent in Rhode Island, big guy, why don't you say she was 16 when you fucked her? Because it looks AWFUL despite not being illegal in RI? Got it.
This video also tells me that Sam has skeletons in his closets, if you were falsely accused of having contact with minors or making CP by the FBI, your first reaction would be "what are you talking about? No, fuck no.". The way he described how he felt after they asked him if he had contact with children? His legs getting weak etc? That's how you feel when you are guilty and you're scared they have something on you. I'm not saying he's guilty of producing child porn in this instance, by the way, but i think he was scared that his past encounters with underage girls had reached the FBI and they investigated it.
From my own experience, the only time police ever talked to me and i felt like that (weak legs, vomit on my sweater already, mom's spaghetti) was when i was asked if i had any drugs on me and i had just smoked a blunt, that's years and years ago and i still remember how it feels to be trying to keep your composure but you're fucking mortified they are going to find something on you.
If we're being honest here, if you were around for early internet from before 2014, internet culture didn't frown upon shit like "jailbait" as much as it does now, you can see it just by memes that were popular at the time like Pedobear. My point being: Sam probably got a pass back in the day because no one really cared about that type of stuff unless you were molesting a 12 year old, and Marky probably felt validated that she was getting the attention of internet celebrity SAM HYDE.
With all of that being said, i don't believe there's enough evidence to convict him CRIMINALLY, unless one of his victims come foward - and even then: statute of limitation. If he was brought to trial there's too much to be accounted for to convict him of statutory rape. This place, however, isn't a court of law and we're just gossiping about a Z-list celebrity, so it doesn't matter because i'm pretty much justifying why I THINK Sam fucked a minor.
When it comes to the court of public opinion, if Iddubbz had brought to light the Marky allegations, he would be FUCKED... from a PR point of view, legally i think the statute of limitation ran out.
