One who has a thread, that's for sure. Russell did something vaguely similar in that he submitted a discovery schedule or some shit to the court that he and Hardin were supposed to collaborate on. Assuming everything tracks and all that, this is a different level of fraud and malice, and the intent is a lot more direct and clear. Very curious for what the court decides to do here because this would because I'm sure shit like this escalates when you can show and prove malicious intent.

I saw someone mention the response to the Order to Show Cause was sent but had not appeared. I was mistaken a while ago when I said Stabby was filing by USPS mail. Turns out Central District of California has a way for Pro Se litigants to submit filings electronically even without CM/ECF access, basically an upload form on the court's website. The difference being, I think, that the clerk reviews it and then sends it to CM/ECF. So, if something was actually submitted in response on the 31st it should have hit PACER unless the clerk ignored it or kicked it back.

I still don't take this as 100% confirmed but it seems more likely than not, as stupid as it is. Like obviously if Zell wasn't retarded and this was the case he would have immediately filed something upon discovering the filing but he is retarded, or he's just communicating with the court to figure out what he needs to do because afaik he still has no legal representation.

In terms of why Acer would do this, he's an autistic retard. He can only see things in the most charitable possible light to himself so even if he understands forgery is illegal, what he's doing isn't forgery, and isn't illegal. And he won't even entertain arguments to the contrary because he's psychologically incapable of doing so. It'll be funny to see the drama play out between him and whatever sad sap gets assigned to be his public defender.

Frankly as lazy as the legal system is I really don't think they'd let him get off on forgery. I think it's up in the air that if this is actually legitimate, that they pursue the $1,500 sanction against him. I'm pretty sure he's wrong that dropping a case will drop sanctions by default but again, he's a tiresome cunt that nobody with any sense wants further entanglement with. Easiest to not-my-problem out of it. Unless/until you're in a court that has to deal with him repeatedly in which case it's less work to get him labeled vexatious to avoid having to deal with repeated cases that you can't just squish at the outset.

In ~95% of cases you can predict how the government will act by assuming they do whatever's less work. Which sometimes ends up interpreted as pettiness or malice but most of the time, they don't care about you enough to get there.
